We booked this room for 2 nights as our parents were staying at the next block of hotels over. The room completely exceeded our expectations and the photos really don’t do justice for how nice these rooms are. The host was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable before leaving the room and was always only a message away if we had any questions. Had all new kitchen appliances and crockery so we could cook in the room if we wanted to. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Also had Netflix for us to enjoy while we chilled in the room! There is a pool between 2-7 that you can pay for but we didn’t use it ourselves just because we didn’t have time, but our room overlooked the pool and it looked lovely! Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit and would recommend these rooms to anyone looking a great stay!

the policies. it is not clear what vehicles are allowed to park at d basement or perimeter parking so we spent hours looking for a place that can accommodate our coaster

The staff was all very nice and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. Ms Van our host was very accommodating.

The location is perfect since it is close to the mall it is easy to go out to dine. Ms. Van and her staff are very accommodating and I appreciate very much their prompt response to any inquiry I have. Ms. Van also take the initiative to remind us of what to do.

Hope there is bidet in the CR. That would give a lot of convenience for the kids.

Beautiful place really clean and tidy, everything Worked and the hostess had clear communication and was extremely helpful. Apartment have a wonderful view from balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived at the room, we were quite surprise because the room is bigger than what we expected. We like most the facilities such as the Penthouse, the Sands, and the wave pool. In the Penthouse, we enjoyed the night view and city lights of Parañaque. In The Sands, it feels like we were actually on the beach and we enjoy the drinks/cocktail. For the wave pool, it was a wonderful experience but I just want to advice other people that they should wake up early in the morning to make it more enjoyable and worth it because you can only access the wave pool from 8:00AM-12:00PM and once you experience the pool, you won't ever want to leave. As for the people or staff in the building, they were very accommodating and friendly especially Ms. Van. You will feel the security and safety all through out your stay. They were very strict about the time, the rules and the people who goes in and out of the building but it just shows that they are really concerned about their guests' safety. Overall, our staycation exceeded our expectation. We were completely satisfied and if there will be a chance, we would like to book another stay in this apartment building. Ms, Van also assured us that she will give as a discount if we will book again in this apartment. So what are you waiting for? Book now!

The pool access because it's limited. I hope it's also included in the booking cost and we can have access to the pool during our one day stay even if there's a time limit of 7AM-12:00 noon or 2PM-7PM. Anyway, we still had fun and enjoy the wave pool and just so unfortunate that my 2 other friends weren't able to experience it cause' they need to go to work in the morning. But every thing exceeded my expectation.

The unit is complete, everything you would need for a short stay are there. Ms Van is very accommodating she made everything hassle free for us from checking in to checking out.

Reception staff not very efficient. On arrival I asked them to contact the host as requested and they say they had - They had not and I had to do so myself.
