Everything. The room was very big and comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The location was perfect for me.

Nothing can be made better. Maybe having a washing machine? That would be more luxury.

Could have provided a bath mat in the bathroom to keep the floor dry.

Quite old and worn out. Toilet slightly flooding after showers. Dangerous table light, too low and easy to reach, very inconveniently placed.

The location is perfect for overnight stay. The apartment was small but comfortable for 1 night.

The aircondition was soooo noisy that it was hard to sleep

I like the condo unit (6K) and it was perfect when I had to stay for just a few hrs before taking my next flight. I loved the wall-to-wall mirrors and the nice lights on the ceiling. They offer free welcome water bottles and there’s cooking facility, microwave, & ref. The bed sheets were very clean and smelled lovely/freshly-washed. Most of all, the location is really good, just walking distance from the airport terminal 3 thru the runway bridge.

It's the second time here, I checked in late 2am. The room is clean , and the bed is comfy and has a small kitchen and is convenient to shops and the airport .

I don't see anything to comply with it.

Location, clean bed, clean room, and shower.

What I didn't like was that I had no time to stay back . 😕

The location is few minutes walk to Terminal 3.

Practically no hot water. Noisy and situated just next to bed air conditioner.

Hot Shower doesn’t work. Just cold water shower

it took ages for the person assisting us to come. other than that, it was ok.

floor 6. location being across the bridge or “runway” to NAIA (all terminals are within one building) Took us less than 10 mins from the One Palms to the entrance of departures NAIA. also close to a variety of restaurants

Balcony door didn’t close with ease and I wasn’t willing to try and force it shut. so ended up having to leave unlocked through the night … No bath mat. V slippery bathroom floor Noise from the nearby road. I’m not a light sleeper but noise from traffic continues on through the night. Furnishings I can only describe as gaudy; colours, large mirrors everywhere .. the disco lights (?) above the bed?? left a seedy feel to the place.. An unclean towel (I’ll withhold on description and simply say it was NOT pleasant). this discovery left me feeling very unsure of getting into the bed and it was a tense moment peeling back the bed covers and turning pillows for “inspection” haha. Air con is positioned quite literally beside the bed?! perfect position to try and catch a cold. Greasy marks on small glass top dining table. not sure if the lady o checked us in was extremely tired or simply dislikes her job, but I found her manner to polio III be highly unprofessional. There was no friendly greeting and her eyes were glued to her phone the entire process (including in the elevator!!) to try and pry her eyes away from her phone to undertake the check-in was a task in itself!

The condo itself was very accommodating, the bed was comfortable and it had the necessary other parts that made it enjoyable.

First off, the lady they have come check you in could not be more unpleasant? Next, make sure that you have currency for payment when you arrive because they still haven’t entered the 21st century where you can pay by card. Next, they do not answer messages or explain how check out works so if you’re in a hurry, good-luck. Lastly, there is something called customer service and this place did not have it. There are tons of condos in that particular area so do your research and pick a good one.
