great location, large loft, beautifully decorated and furnished. The manager, Enrica, was kind and responded promptly to any questions.

I had a wonderful stay ! The appartment is in very good condition, clean, very well decorated and furnished. I felt like home !! The location is absolutely perfect in Chiaia, the best part of Napoli. So many bars, restaurants and fine shops. The communication with Enrica has been very smooth, she s very reactive and ready to help ! I will definitely come back very soon ! :)

We loved the apartment and location. The apartment was very clean and stylish. The location is great too, easy access to Metro and city centre, places to eat and supermarket. Very upmarket neighborhood. The staff were great and they helped us whenever we needed something.

There was no sofa as the bedroom was within the living room (this didn't bother us but I didn't realised about this at the time of booking). It would be easier if it was allowed to pay by card (only cash and bank transfer is accepted)

The security guard is so lovely and helpful.

Firstly, i recieved no correspondence from either the host or the booking company regarding the exact address or the details regarding checkin until 12pm the day of the checkin. This correspondence simply informed me that there was a self check in system in place, but provided no further details. As a result, given that the check in time was listed as 1.30pm, i arrived at the street provided on Booking.com at 2pm. I did not recieve any further correspondence until 4pm, despite several attempts to get in touch. Eventually i was provided with the check in details. Unfortunately two of the door codes provided turned out to be incorrect, and furthermore, the code to the allocated room turned out to be the code for the neighbouring room. Fortunately a security guard showed us up to our room, and gave us the correct codes. However, our room was still not ready and our host repeatedtly hungup on me when i tried to call her. The security guard also tried to contact the host, and intially made contact. He was informed thst the room would be ready in 30 minutrs, at approximatley 5.30pm. However no one was in the room making it ready, and any subsequent attempts by the guard to contact the host resulted in him being hungup on as well. Eventually the host arrived at approximatley 5.45pm and proceeded to act extremely defensively and aggressively towards me and my partner when we expressed our disastifaction at the situation. The only explanation that we recieved was that the previous guests had needed to stay longer due to an issue with their passports. She stated that someone in the booking company ought to have contacted us to update us as to the details. The host did not offer an apology and seemed to laugh at our safety concerns that we had been given the code to a neighboring room. The host then proceeded to hasitly clean the room in 10 minutes. On this point, I am not convinced that it was satifactoritly cleaned.

Perfect location, very beautiful apartments, friendly hostess. The price is very reasonable.

The air conditioning was not working and I had to wait until 23h of the evening to work out how could I go to another place with air conditioning.

The cleanliness.

They didn't have a single soap to wash your hands. You are coming from a trip and you want to wash your hands.Well,you have to find out where is the nearest super market and hit the streets to buy a soap that costs less than 10cents.A left over from the previous tenants was there,but obviously you don't want to use this. They have a kitchen but you a have to buy a 10cent sponge to wash the plates for your 3-4 days stay. The shower is not your every day experience,but it does it's job.You have to go to find out what I mean.

The apartment is very bright and spacious! Rather calm and located in a very nice area. The owner Giada is very kind!

There was no sponge to wash the dishes and no bin bag to throw our garbage. No salt and pepper also in the kitchen. The address is not very easy to find. The apartment is located in the building where it is written "carabinieri" (= police office)

The apartment is beautiful. Freshly renovated, very comfortable. Located in a great and safe area of the city. The hostess was very welcoming and understanding.

It can be noisy in the early morning

Great, well-designed flat in the quieter part of Naples. Really easy to get to thanks to Amedeo station few minutes away from which you can get to Garibaldi in 10 min. All in all great experience. It’s hard to get flats like this in Italian cities.
