Location is good.
The room was advertised as having terrace. The room did not have terrace. Window from kitchen was to the hallway / stairs inside the house. The terrace was up stairs.

The apartment has a great location all within a short walking distance to all amenities including a beach. It has a great sea view from from a rooftop terrace. Sunbeds and tables were good quality. This property was very clean and I WOULD return. Boris the manager was very helpful.
The terrace is very good but unfortunately isn't private, however it only caters for four rooms and didn't cause any issues on this occasion. The beds are memory foam which can be a personal preference and not to everyone's requirement.

- The owner, Boris, was super helpful and gave multiple tips about what to do in Fuerteventura
- Boris was also very responsive in case we needed support with something related to the accommodation
- The apartment was spacious
- The location is wonderful, walking distance from beach, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
- Close to multiple great surfing spots
- Free parking right in front of the apartment
- Washing machine and drying rack available - convenient for longer stays
- We didn't have access to the rooftop terrace, we misunderstood the Q&A section of the hotel page
- We were working with 4 people and the wifi connection was maybe a bit too basic for this

Lovely spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very private with beautiful roof terrace. with great views. Boris and Maria were fantastic hosts. Overall very well maintained property.
Everything was great. We were very comfortable and have no complaints.

El Cotillo has all the facilities of a touristic place without that commercial mass tourism feeling. It is a tremendous place for a quiet sporty holiday and it offers access to some peculiar beaches. Though El Cotillo is a small town, the apartment is perfectly located to access these beaches. The apartment has nothing less and nothing more than what a young couple need, with access to a remarkable terrace. If you get there by car, parking is a no brainer. The host offers a professional level service, meaning, this is serious people.

Perfect location with great view from the big roof terrace. Very good beds, very quiet, very clean, very close to the supermarket, so just very good adress! Definitely a place to go back!

Our host (Boris) was a realy kind and talkative man. He was realy helpful and flexible about our arrival date and the key pick up time. When we arrived he escorted us through the apartmant and showed us everything, even geared us up with some helpful advices, good restaurants and places worth visiting. Te village is a true jewel among the crowded turist cities in the South. It has a lowely atmosphere, nice restaurants, shops and friendly people moreover it has the best and prettyest lagoons in the whole Island.
All in all, it was even better experiene than we expected. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE
The location is a pro and a con in one, it is for sure a nice village with unique atmosphere, but the well known tourist locations and sandy, calm beaches are a bit far away to the South of the island. Maybe an owen would be a plus, but it is just nitpicking.
