A localização era muito boa. A staff também, muito simpática. O quarto era bem espaçoso, as amenities eram ótimas. O café da manhã, a parte, também era muito bom.

No banheiro não havia uma divisória entre o chuveiro e I restante do banheiro, apenas uma cortina. Toda vez que eu tomava banho, o banheiro ficava praticamente alagado e escorregadio. O ar condicionado do quarto desligava sozinho quando atingia a temperatura, o que me acordava no meio da noite porque estou acostumado a dormir com o som de ventilador ou ar ligados.

bed sheets very uncomfortable and not properly closed . bathroom sink faucet had stains . shower soap not pleasant .

Location is good, 15 minutes walking from the duomo. Staff was very helpfull and friendly, they received a package for me and made some restaurants reservations.

The room is ok, I would have liked more space for hanging clothes. It was very clean but smell everyday like vinegar... and the window only open a little bit. Bathroom has no ventilation It would be nice to have an espresso machine instead of instant coffee, specialty in Italy...
