Fabulous but the generator on next door building kept us awake at night. The two upstairs courtyard rooms Amazing breakfast till 3 pm so we had brunch which was perfect.

Очень красивый, небольшой но уютный отель с красиво оформленным внутренним двориком, где можно провести время на свежем воздухе и в окружении большого количества цветов и деревьев. Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда готов помочь (мы обращались по нескольким вопросам, всегда получали ответ либо решение). Очень приятно, что на протяжении всего дня вы можете попить чай и кофе со сладостями. И еще там прекрасные завтраки в очень красивой гостиной.

This is an exceptional hotel that feels like staying in a very luxurious private home. It is beautifully appointed and the location is excellent but it is the staff that really make it very special - all of them incredibly friendly and helpful with great recommendations (special shout outs to Colin and Ignacio!)

They catered to my every need and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I greatly appreciate their dedication, as it's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. As someone who values honest reviews, it's disheartening to come across low expectations and contrived taste. However, without a doubt, this hotel surpasses all others when it comes to accommodations in Buenos Aires. If you're planning a visit, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Collin and his team will ensure that your stay is wonderful, creating lasting memories for you to cherish. This hotel truly embodies luxury and sophistication. Nice hotel, very tastefully decorated, being renovated (quite necessary). The room on the street side (our room) has a lot of inconvenience from the traffic. We were awakened at 5 am by noise from the street and a dated air conditioner. Bed was supposed to be XL but was 140 wide. Also not very comfortable. Room is on the small side. This hotel (or at least this room on the street side) does not live up to its 5 star pretension (and the corresponding price). Other rooms seem to be better. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Breakfast is excellent.

The whole stay was fantastic. The staff were amazing from the moment you walk through the door. Colin, Ignacio, Roman and the rest of the team were first class and couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome. Its like staying in a friends house. Can't recommend this highly enough. In my experience this stay was unique for a big city location.
