Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Darius. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. La ville d'Alicante est à 10/15 minutes en voiture.

Nos alojamos 3 parejas de adultos y dos bebés de 2 años. El chalet en general está muy bien pero tiene algunas cosas mejorables. La zona de la barbacoa se queda un poco pequeña, de hecho tuvimos que traer una barbacoa portátil y esta tenía más superficie que la del chalet que es de obra. La zona de la piscina está genial pero en el suelo de la piscina tenía 2 o 3 pequeñas zonas que faltaban azulejos que si pisaba con el pie podían lastimarte. Tema limpieza, digamos que no se le había hecho una limpieza exhaustiva al interior del chalet. Alfombra comedor llena de migas, algún rincón con alguna telaraña... Repito, en general la experiencia ha sido buena pero tiene unas pocas cosas a mejorar.

Hemos pasado unos días buenos en la casa. Está dotada muchos utensilios de cocina, para la piscina… todo lo que puedas necesitar lo encuentras. Es una casa calurosa pero tiene aire acondicionado. La piscina esta genial! Y esta la playa muy cerquita en coche. Seguramente volveremos!

En general la casa está bastante bien. Pero recalco varias cosas que se pueden mejorar. En primer lugar no hay persianas, lo cual hace que te despiertes por la mañana cuando sale el sol. . Con respecto a la limpieza podría ser más profunda, especialmente en la cocina. Con respecto al resto, no ha habido ningún problema y realmente lo mejor es el jardín con la piscina.

Lovely spacious villa in a quiet area. Very well stocked kitchen. Fantastic pool, we didn't need to venture outside the villa all week. Good value for money, well recommended. The information booklet with good directions from the airport was very useful. Thanks for a good week.

Mooi ruim huis met zwembad op een rustige locatie net buiten Alicante. In het dorp zijn enkele voorzieningen (supermarkt, kapper en restaurants). Prima voor een fijne vakantie.

Eight adults, a teenager and a toddler all had a great week. Setting aside some confusion with the greeter at the house regarding the arrival time, we recommend the house. The pool is spotless and well cared for and during temperatures of well over 30c the pool was tremendous. Other good points are the very useful barbecue, that was used nearly every day, the nearby supermarkets with great produce and booze at cheap prices. The house has aircon in some rooms but not all and this means that some will sleep without aircon. The kitchen is a little dated yet we managed and the dish washer is very good. The location is very quiet and peaceful but a car is essential to reside here. Nearby beaches and supermarkets all require a car for access. There are very few bars or restaurants nearby but some excellent ones in the nearby town of Muxtamel. Check out TripAdvisor. car parking inside the property with automatic gates provides a very secure property and the whole property is good for children as they cannot get to the road with supervision. The pool area is also quite safe and has a gated fence for children. The Wi-Fi was reasonable considering we were all using it. Overall, very good value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely home with plenty of outdoor space, pool very clean, really nice large dining area outside. We were 4 adults and 5 children and we had lots of space both inside and outside. It is very private and safe. Owner was very easy to deal with. Karen was very helpful. We had a fabulous stay here. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely Villa set in ample gardens in lovely quiet street. Plenty of room inside, bedrooms living space etc but we "lived" outside on terrace; we had every meal out there it was fab. We had 2 year old with us and fenced off pool gave us great security especially at night when we were all outside and knew she was safe wandering around gardens. We had three other children (and six adults in our group) who absolutely loved the pool, staying up late in the lovely peace and quiet. We hope we can visit the villa in the future and would recommend it to anyone who wants a holiday that feels like you are in your own home! We didn't go out any evening to eat but we enjoyed the terrace and put little ones to bed whenever they needed to go. We visited the beautiful beach nearby and it was so really worth it. It was a lucky day when we came across the villa on line; would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family holiday in lovely surroundings.

This property is well maintained, and perfect for a quiet holiday. Short drive to the airport and to the supermarket and other amenities. Pool is clean and well maintained. We have young children and this was ideal a private pool what more could you want. The garden/property is secure which is ideal with young children. Overall highly recommend! Worth every penny our 1st visit but not our last!

The villa is ideal for a private getaway holiday, but near enough to get in a car and go to Benidorm for the day, which we did a couple of times. There were of us adults, and one child of 7 and twins of 23 months. We loved the fact that once the electric gates had closed, we could relax knowing the children were safe and could not get out. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The family room was ideal for my daughter, son in-law and 3 boys, although they all ended up sleeping in the one big room, which was very large, due to the air con. The room for the boys had no air con and was far to hot for them to sleep in, but that didn't matter because their room was huge. One travel cot was supplied, and Karen who takes care of the villa was kind enough to let us have another travel cot and two car seats, all very cheap. The villa was very modern and very spacious. We loved the large swimming pool, and the fact it was fenced off, so the twins could not get in to the water by themselves, so we could all relax. The grounds are large enough for the twins to explore, so they never got bored. We all loved the eating area, that is just outside the patio doors, that lead from the front room and is under cover. It felt like were were at home, but living in a luxury home, we all felt very comfortable and eat when we wanted to and cooked in the very modern kitchen with mod cons. I loved the laundry room just off from the kitchen, and we were happy we all went home with clean clothes, rather than a suitcase full of dirty washing. The sun loungers round the pool are very comfortable and we spent nearly every day in and out the pool, and the outside toilet by the pool is a godsend. The only thing I would say is that the BBQ area be modernized to make it a bit easier, but we managed with what we had, which was fine and we enjoyed many a BBQ with fresh meat and fish purchased from one of the large supermarkets. If there were any problems (we did not really have problems as such) Karen was a phone call away and sorts everything out very quickly, Karen is very helpful and very friendly. We all loved the villa and had a fantastic family holiday away together, which was nice. The twins could fall asleep anywhere and no one had to stay with them like you would in a hotel. Lovely villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My family and I have stayed in this fantastic villa twice now, and we are already booking our third trip! If you are looking for a family friendly, safe, spacious, beautiful villa in Spain close to all amenities then this is the villa for you! We stayed at the villa for a week. The owner of the villa is extremely organised, friendly and helpful. As soon as we had made our booking online he sent us a booklet in the post. The booklet contained all the information we could need: detailed maps with directions from the airport to the villa, pictures of all the appliances in the home and how to use them, information about local amenities, festivals etc! We were just as impressed when we arrived. The property was extremely clean and tidy and well maintained. The swimming pool was very clean with beautiful lights at night. Supermarkets and shops were within a few minutes drive from the villa and there was regular public transport to Alicante for those without car hire. Not that there is any reason to leave the villa at all which is well stocked with DVDs, magazines and board games - though I would recommend taking extra entertainment suited specifically to your family. The owner had done his best to make a very relaxing atmosphere. All in all our family love this villa and have already recommended it highly to friends and family. Great property, great price!

The villa itself and swimming pool were superb, with games, dvd, TV, patio furmiture, pool assessories such as inflatables. The property was well maintained and well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and provided us with an outstanding glossy brochure giving details of the Villa, directions from the airport and places of interest nearby. One minor critisism was the lack of air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was uncomfortable in the extremely hot weather experienced during out fortnight's stay. Having said that I would certainly return to this villa and have already recommended it to friends.In conclusion, I can thoroughly recommend a holiday in this superb villa.

Money had been spent on the property since last year – the addition of a dishwasher in the kitchen, new sofas in the living room, more sun beds. (I understand that the outside dining table and chairs have all now been renewed as well.) The gardens were still looking plush and well kept, and the pool was superb. We had no complaints during the whole 10 days. The house was peaceful and comfortable; somewhere the whole family could relax during a great holiday.

We stayed at this villa in Mutxamel for the second time this summer and had a really lovely holiday. The villa was exactly as it had been described on the website, and improved since we had last visited, with the addition of a dishwasher and new furniture throughout. It is spacious, cool and very clean. The villa has a lovely big garden, a delightful eating area outside, and a fabulous pool which is fenced off. This was particularly important for us as we had three young children in our group. There are toys for the pool, games for indoors, plenty of DVDs to watch and everything you need in the kitchen. There's a great big barbecue, too, which we made great use of. Once we'd booked, the owner sent us a really good information pack with instructions for all the appliances, directions to get there and ideas for places to visit. You are also given the number of a contact person once you are out there, should you have any questions regarding the villa. We have already recommended this villa to friends and I know that they had a wonderful stay too. This villa is ideal for families with young children, larger groups as it sleeps 9. You would need to rent a car as it is in a nice, quiet residential area and the supermarket and beaches are not within walking distance. There are a few nice, local little cafes just a few minutes walk away but you'd need transport to get to the town. While we were there, we visited the beaches at San Juan and Alicante, went into Alicante town itself and to El Campello, all of which are full of restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to this villa as it was perfect for us.

My Husband and I decided that we wanted a last minute break,somewhere which was private,with it's own pool but only a short drive to the local beaches. The villa stands in its own grounds in a quiet residential area and is fully enclosed - the garden and the property itself has been maintained to a high standard and the pool area get's the sun all day. The villa would also be very suitable for a family, plenty of space to relax and chill out. Aprroximately a ten minute walk ( if that ) from the Villa is a fabulous French restaurant - dosen't look much from the outside and is located next to a small car park - but the food and service was wonderful,we would have gone back,but we didn't go till the last night of our stay!! All in all a very relaxing break.

I arrived at the villa after using the excellent travel directions supplied by the owner.We were met and given a quick tour of the villa and then left to our own devices.Upon closer inspection the villa was not clean and several photographs were taken .We had to set about cleaning. something we all wanted to get away from.The patio area was covered in old food and the table was scrubbed and the patio swept and mopped.The cutlery drawer was dirty, bedrooms had not been swept, runners on wardrobes thick in dust, food behind the fridge,bare light bulbs hanging and in general very poor maintainance.Outside there was a huge pile of empty boxes vegetation and rubbish. Obviously we complained and cleaners came in (better we thought) Unfortunately our dissapointment did not stop. The toilet had parassitic worms leaking from the outlet pipe so we complained yet again it was dealt with fairly quickly but we had to clean the worms away ourselves! The villas saving grace was the pool which was well maintained,clean and of a good size. However our holiday was spoiled as we all suffered flea bites (We bought sprays) we were pagued by ants(we bought sprays)We had rats in the rubbish which was eventually cleared by two men and it took three days !We caught 4 wolf spiders in the pool (3 times the size of a pound coin) and the worst thing was 4 of us got worms! The up side was the weather was fantastic ,the pool was good and the nearest beach 96miles away) was fabulous. Overall I thought the villa suffered from poor maintainance ,ammateur DIY repairs and a lack of cleanliness There were lots of areas around the villa that were just neglected . Sorry Darius but you need to hear this if you want to rent out to the British public.
