Friendly helpful clean and comfortable

The staff were so friendly our room was spotlessly clean and so warm. It was very central for everything and over the road from the train station

location right next to station easy to communite. staff lovely and pub lovely. comfy bed and lovely bathroom and grteat bath worth the extra. shampoo and conditioner wash soap nice touch. windows had sound proofing which was really needed.

had to pay for parking and could only pay for 24hours at a time. no bottled water so had to buy sopme as the tap water was from bathroom and didnt taste nice. kettle lead to short thiunk about a extention. maybe clean windows as couldnt see outside

Great location in centre of Whitby, and very pleasant family room although we were just a couple staying the one night.

Whilst it didn’t impact us as we were just a couple there was no door or divider between the two rooms. So if children were sleeping in the other room on the sofa bed this could be an issue based on prior experience on family trips. Other minor comment is that on the Booking.com site it states checkout is by 11am, whereas the Station Inn makes clear that checkout is by 10.30am. Wasn’t an issue for us but think this needs to be corrected.

Nice front looking room on first floor (room 2) nice clean and warm. The Station Inn is situated in a good location near to the railway station and right next to the harbour. Beer selection was good.

Very welcoming on arrival the staff though-out were lovely. The family room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Great location will be returning.

Really comfy bed. Nice en suite. Friendly staff. Nice pub downstairs, with good beer and sky sports. Would definitely book again,as in a great location. Check out is 11am. So no rush to be out.

Could be noisy late at night, but it's over a pub so was expected. They do provide ear plugs though! Very quiet after the pub had shut, although it was November, so out of season. They don't provide breakfast, but there are lots of places close by you can go to, so not really a problem.

Conveniently located, soundproofing good so couldn’t hear outside hustle and bustle or the pub below. Staff were really nice and we appreciated the bag leaving facilities after our stay. Also, it was a really rainy day so we loved that our room was ready early without us even asking!

The location is very central, we parked in the Marina car park(payable by the RingGo app) we were welcomed by the staff, who explained the fire evacuation plan, and all other bits and pieces. The room was lovely(we were in room 5). Exceptionally clean, beautifully made up beds. The en-suite was very clean, not even a water mark on the taps! The bed was so comfy. There was a kettle with tea and coffee provided and also a nespresso machine. We had a couple of drinks in the bar before we retired for the night, reasonably priced drinks and friendly bar staff. Once in our room we couldn’t hear any noise from the bar area. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Room was great, very clean and easy to get to. Some noise from the bar as we were right above it. All facilities were generally good.

Breakfast would have been good. Bit pricey without it.

Excellent location for everything.We were in a family room sleeps 4 but only 2 of us.Rooms were very nice,clean and spacious.

Great location. Nice friendly traditional pub. Lovely clean modern room.

Unfortunately just too noisy for us. You are warned when booking that venue has live music at weekends. And earplugs are provided in room. But even when no live music (we stayed midweek), general noise from the pub can be heard in room past midnight. We stayed in room 4, which has 2 small frosted windows, so room seemed quite dark. And is on 1st floor. I imagine the rooms on top floor would be quieter and at front would have lovely view of the harbour.
