Great villa and exeptional welcoming staff !

Wonderful villa with pool easy walking to the gorgeous Agios Nikita's village and beach. Brilliant communication with the host prior to arrival. Georgia kept everything lovely and clean and was so friendly to us all. Highly recommend. Perfect holiday with our children 9 and 11.

Beautiful location. Very comfortable villa and all our needs were accommodated! Georgia the housekeeper was amazing and we loved everything.

Our only dislike was the pool in our villa was in the shade most of the day but we were allowed to use another pool which was free which was perfect.

Building is very new, nicely made, quality windows with mosquito nets and shutters everywhere, great a/c units, clean pool

The kitchen is well equipped but if you cook a lot you would want a couple more pots (smaller ones) and frying pans. Also knives need replacement so we bought ourselves one in store - spares you nerves.

Katerina was a lovely host and very happy to help us and provide extras such as parasols for the beach. the apartment is very well furnished and very conveniently located close to the restaurants, bars and Agios Nikitas beach. Extras included such as soap, washing up liquid and other cleaning materials was a great help.

There wasn't any real issues with the apartment. The kitchen could have had a few extra things such as a couple of chopping boards, bread knife & more wine glasses, bust we managed fine. It would be good if there was a bit more written information in English about other things available to borrow, such as the parasols as Katerina doesn't speak English very well. I would also suggest more information on the Booking.com listing about exactly what is provided such as hand soap, washing up liquid and sponges so that visitors don't bring out with them.

An excellent location to spend your holiday! The house is very nice, very clean, the swimming pool and the surroundings are very natural, with green trees and flowers, butterflies flying around you and the service is impecable.

Everything was perfect! The house is very clean, spacious, has everything you need and more! We've had the most enjoyable stay at Katerina's. Inna has made us feel like home and has taken care of us very well! We've had nothing but a great experience and will definitely be coming back next year!
