Staff was stand-offish

I dint even stay there, i requested for change of dates and they confirmed then suddenly just cancelled.

The ambience of the place is very lovely. So relaxing The staff are very nice. Chef Anderson’s food so so tasty. The location of the villas is convenient to everything and there’s a lot of tuktuks. The swimming pools were nice. The security was very good at night and during the day.

The wild cats were very annoying especially when we were eating. The place is nice but there’s no privacy. The lady that cleaned our house used to come in and out however she liked there was no professionalism with her. We had bed bags in both our room,we were bitten severally through our stay. They lady cleaning wasn’t changing the bed sheets regularly,even the towels you’d have to ask her all the time. The villas have no management it’s just the cleaners and the caretaker that manage the place which is weird . There’s loads of mosquitoes. If you’re looking for privacy this is not the place to go. We also had loud neighbours which was annoying.

One room did not have hot water, there was quite a number of mosquitoes Other than that it was superb

Beautiful Place. It was laid out well and bed was comfortable and AC and Fan worked perfect.

the location is not the best, but google apps will get you there. I’m glad i went in the day and not after dark the first time. in my bathroom the toilet lid was there but did not fit the toilet so it was not as comfortable as you would wish. i did not have internet connection. only one wireless came up and it was called turtle 2 and i saw no booklet for passwords. other than the guard, i never saw anyone from a office or a director to ask info of.

The place is just as beautiful as the photos if not more. The staff is friendly. Nice place to escape the busy city life.

The phone number provided on never goes through , and my queries were never answered before I went to the property

The staff were helpful and the pool is really nice

The kitchen was not quite as well equipped, and we had issues with water during our stay. Our fridge was also not working quite well which made some of our food go bad. There was also an issue with checkout that made our last day rushed and unpleasant.

Quiet, clean pools and good size not forgetting security

The most important thing in 21st century is Wi-Fi. We walk with work. Sad I had cancel my holiday short due to work!

The pool and location were nice. The location of the villas wasn’t bad either. The buildings from the outside were pretty and inside was good.

Some rooms had a few issues I.e. toilet not flashing, water kept disappearing from the taps and chlorine was intense in the pool, burning our eyes for days. They only provide toilet paper on the first day and that is it. Considering how cheap toilet paper is, it makes no sense that it is an addition cost. It would be lovely if there was a bit attention to service I.e, providing toiletries and drinking water.

The set up of the place is fantastic. Pool was cleaned 2-3 times a day when we were there. Property was kept clean at all times too. We didn’t have time to shop on the way so Helen helped us organise a chef within 1h of arrival we had hot lunch. MARTIN our chef was FANTASTIC, we highly recommend him. thank you so much to the whole team!! 😃 (only 5min walk to the beach too if you fancied a walk)

We knew there would be no Wi-Fi so we were prepared & we had a local sim to hotspot for work but would be a huge bonus to have reliable Wi-Fi.

The pool is big, clean and great generally.

There's no WiFi, no playing music, no storytelling in loudly at night. The place was like a graveyard for my friends and I. There's a need for improvement and more freedom.

Everything was lovely and calm, me and my daughter had an amazing time. Helen and chef Anderson were absolutely amazing with the services during our stay.We would definitely be back!

The bathroom room and kitchen are very clean. Facilities are good enough for use. The yard swimming pool is cosy for kids to play. The maid ruth and security is very responsible. Fan and ac both are available.

The bedroom is a bit small and the quilts have some fur and the pillows are a bit high. There is water running out when AC is working.

We stayed in house 1, our helper was Helen. She was great, helpful and fantastic. If I have a chance to go back, house 1 will be place to. The pool was fantastic too, clean and well maintained. Overall everything was the way it is on the website.

Nothing actually

The villa is beatiful and in a great location. The pool is awesome,the sitting area is marvelous.

There is need for better cooker in the kitchen and automatic one. If not auto,please provide guests with match sticks. Not easy to remember to buy matchsticks. Kitchen amenities need some upgrading. Bigger and modern tea cups and glasses. Overall kitchen needs an overhaul to world class standards amenities. Provision for a soap dish holder in the bathroom is critical for hygiene purposes. Fumigate the cockroaches in the kitchen.

The place is dirty the kitchen is dirty things are so old , I was so so disappointed,, The gas which I was cooking with had a problem, The whole weekend there was a party there was a group who had a private party so you can imagine my family and I we couldn’t sleep day and night for two days😏😒

I loved it specially the staff.

I didn't like the fact thay there was no restaurent or shop near there
