Easy collection of keys for flat & excellent communication to help with check in. Very good flat; clean & comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The location is excellent - 2mins walk to the sea or town centre!

Very narrow, tall winding stairs that are dirty & stained, with 3 floors to climb. Also, windows are absolutely filthy & can't be seen out of! However this feels more like a building management thing, and less about the flat, which is spotlessly clean!

Charming flat, had everything we needed. The location is excellent- close to the beach and the town centre. Quite quiet considering the location. Communication with the owners and property management was excellent.

it was very noisy, from outside and neighbours upstairs. Oven didn’t work, internet also didn’t for most of the time we were there.

Great location and well equipped and clean. Like a home from home. Really generous with the towels.

Not a major issue, but as it's an old property, you do know when the neighbours are moving about (apologies from me for my elephant like steps, too.) The stairs are quite narrow and steep, again, not the fault of the owners.

Entrance and communal area looked very grotty. Stained dirty carpet, dirty walls, poor. Extremely narrow staircase. Apartment although nicely decorated needed some attention. Toilet door had no lock and would not close properly. Door frame needed attention. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. So bad I ended up sleeping on the sofa. No toilet paper provided even though apartment was well kitted out. Couldn’t find extra bedding for sofa bed so ended up just sleeping on the sofa with a throw until I eventually found them in a drawer under the bed. Location very noisy due to pubs close by. Property manual lacked detail. Complained a few times but property management company not very helpful at all. This apartment was over priced and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Some of these points should be stated in property description so we get the full picture. It would have been helpful to explain about staircase, how difficult it was to find and fain access to the property and have a more complete property description.
