Bed is too soft

Great spacious room, two bathroom in our quad room. Breakfast was nice, not buffet but great choices and served promptly. Coffee and tea always available, free of charge. Free parking. Staff were helpful and genuinely nice.

Only one lift and quite small

The location is quite accessible with super market within walkable distance, and not to forget the delicious breakfast provided. Potion quite all right, if not enough there unlimited minced pork rice.

Shower area quite, limited space to put own shower bottles in the shower area

Everything! The hotel was amazing! Staff was very friendly, beds were super comfy, room looked great and very luxurious. Ala carte breakfast was new for us and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

Good breakfast and deco, nice to have a small balcony and outdoor faucet. I didn't use it but I can imagine that it can be useful.

Not much in the area and the closest 7-11 is about 5 minutes away on foot, but that's just the trade-off which didn't harm the overall experience at all.

Breakfast is of a modest portion, good if you prepare to enjoy more street food in town. Staff was polite and helpful. Not far from the bus stop if you're taking the shuttle bus from / to the HSR station. Present your HSR ticket to get a free ride (only between the station and where you want to get off), if you'd like to use it as a regular bus, the fee can be paid with most IC cards. Nice to have a balcony and a bathroom with a window.

Not really close to any convenient store...or anything. The bed is on the softer side.

Strategic area

No pool

The rooms are a little small and the entire place was booked full, but for the price, I’m very impressed and happy that we chose this hotel for our first stay in Tainan. It is in a great location and we just had to rent a scooter to get around. Everything we wanted to see was less than 15 minutes away. The building is also brand new so everything was very clean and convenient. I would stay here again!

It's stylish but too expensive... Room is very small, no place to sit or move, soundproof isn't so good, can hear baby cry at night, and the constructions in early morning. also there was a weird beeping sound in the room late night, out of no where...

Room is small but comfortable for one person. Breakfast is very good and tasty, but not too big portion making you too full to enjoy Tainan food.

Breakfast included, great staff, cleanliness, live music on Monday and roast pork on Sunday and Monday

Shower hot water has limit. But that was minor problem
