Very good location 15min (walk) to the town centre and 10 min to the main bus stop. The host was amazing he took care of everything we needed, we felt better than at home, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and everything that we ordered the day before like eggs, selection of cheese and fresh fruits. The room was spotless and cleaned every day even though we stayed there only for two nights. The garden was beautiful, and we had a private terrace. We highly recommend this place. We felt really looked after and special.

Nice location. We stay 2 nights in Oblia before traveling around Sardinia. Clean roome. Home made breakfests. Small but Cozy garden.Very nice owner. He helps yoy with every small detail. He give advice for restorants. Places for visiting. Very proffesional !!! Thank you !!

Wonderful house, great hosts, nice breakfast, beautiful garden, huge bathroom for the room we booked, comfortable setting, easy to access via bus, and you should find enough place to park if you drive here. we had a great time. would definitly recomend it.

Very clean and comfortable room with a large bathroom en suite. Our breakfast in the lovely garden was first class. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful in giving directions and recommendations.

It is a little way out of the centre for restaurants etc if you don't have a car but it is walkable so this is a minor drawback.

Giordano, the host, is a wonderful, cultured, man completely dedicated to the enjoyment of his guests during their stay. He went out of his way to serve us the most exceptional breakfast we had during our week long stay in Sardenia. Besides that his advice on where to eat and the places to visit proved to be extremely useful and true to his words. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the North East coast of Sardenia.

Everything! The host is unbelievably nice and always helpful. He recommended a few nice restaurants to us and even went with us to get us some pizza. He asks every guest about his or her preferences for breakfast, every single wish was granted and we had the most amasing breakfast in the beautiful garden in front of the house. The room we had was very nice and very clean! Giordano speaks not only Italien but also German and English, he always asked whether there was anything he could do for us. We could leave our luggage there before the check-in without any problem and even stay in the wonderful garden after check-out while waiting for our flight. We will come back in the future for sure, just for the wonderful atmosphere and the lovely breakfast. The best stay we ever had during our holidays.

The bedroom was great, clean and cozy. The property is charming with a nice garden to have breakfast. But the best part was the staff - super kind and friendly! We were even asked what did we want for breakfast! All and all very recommendable.

The room was very clean with air conditioning, a little private outside space and all the needed elements (bed linen, towels, soap, etc.). The host was very friendly and made us feel at home straight away.

All was good. Maybe a bit far from the city center but still at easy walking distance (20min)

the owner and his attention to detail. he likes quality and we liked his choice of bed and bedsheets. we slept very well! with car it’s super easy to drive there and get to the city.

the place to live is a gem itself but the surroundings outside the apartment area could be nicer. the walk to the city is not too far though. we’d come again

Our stay was simply great! The owner was exceptionally nice and the garden was beautiful to sit in and have breakfast, which was very delicious and included fresh fruit salad, eggs etc! You can reach the city center in 10 minutes by foot. The rooms are cozy and the terrace inviting. Would stay here again anytime!
