Breakfast was decent. Rooms were small but clean and as per the photos. Due to later check-in time, had to wait at a playground nearby, but was able to drop bags at the reception.

One of the rooms we had was without Air Conditioning and was insanely hot in the afternoon and evenings, making it very hard to sleep.

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices for anyone's taste. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is fantastic for Frankfurt. The Stars theme is cool. Good value hotel.

No AC in the rooms. Yes they advertise this on their website. It was my fault for assuming they had it. It was brutally hot our first night. We got used to it. The elevator is curiously placed where you still have to use stairs.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in a great location to get to. The theming of the rooms was a nice touch. With my arrival being late the fridge having some drinks in was a welcome surprise.

Its on a busy street so if you struggle with background noise there is noise from the bars around the hotel till late and cars in the morning.

Good location just south of the river with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Also close to multiple museums. U-bahn and tram stops less than 100 m away. Very good breakfast. Good sized room.

Die Lage zur Messe Frankfurt ist mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Das Angebot von Restaurant im Umkreis vom Schweizer Platz ist gut. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Es hat alles gepasst. Ich könnte nichts negatives über die Unterkunft sagen. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erzählen, da alle zu meiner Zufriedenheit war.

Wow, this place is awesome. So happy we stayed here. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. The area around the hotel is lovely and offers a variety of eating options. The Old town is just across the river. The apartments are beautiful. Lots of space and beautifully laid out. We had a deluxe apartment. The free snacks were lovely to come back to each day and were much appreciated. Our apartment faced the road but with the windows closed you didn't hear anything. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to pack the apartment in our suitcase and take it with us for the rest of our holiday! You won't be disappointed staying here. I highly recommend it.

Super Lage (auch wenn natürlich bekannt bei „Urlaub“ im eigenen Viertel)

Tolle Lage für das Anreisen mit Öffentlichem Nahverkehr, Zimmer sehr groß mit ansprechender Ausstattung, geschmackvoll als Sportstar-Themenzimmer gestaltet. Waren im Sebastian Vettel-Zimmer. Wirklich toll, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, sich selbst zu versorgen durch die Küchenzeile, mir war der Kühlschrank sehr wichtig und der war sogar mit ein paar Flaschen (Minibar) gefüllt, die man auch kostenfrei verbrauchen durfte und die auch am nächsten Tag wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Toller Service!! Erwähnenswert der freundliche Umgang mit den Gästen, der wirklich von JEDEM einzelnen Mitarbeiter so gehandhabt wurde: gute Tipps, alle hilfsbereit und so effizient arbeitend!! Hier ist besonders die Dame beim Frühstück hervorzuheben, die das hervorragend leitet und ein so hochwertiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück hat man bei weitem nicht überall. Ich war begeistert!

Zimmer im 6.Stock ist nicht direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar, weil der nachträglich in das Haus eingebaut wurde, deshalb aus vermutlich statischen Gründen nur bis zwischen dem 4. und 5. Stock! Und er war bei der Anreise kaputt, wurde aber nach einer halben Stunde per Telefon als repariert gemeldet!
