Nice, friendly family run hotel close to the centre of town. Individually designed rooms, even down to a colour coordinated fridge, and all had small balconies with drying facilities. Good quality bedding and towels. Very good leisurely breakfast.

Very polite and helpful staff. Spaceous room with a blarge balcony around two sides, with a washing line, so we could dry our washing/beach towels etc. Great location in a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the main square.

A bit difficult to find the hotel by car and very limited parking in the street.

great location, very clean, beautifully furnished! Rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed is good. Very friendly and cheerful staff, especially the lady.

At breakfast, the things that should have been fresh were out of a bag— croissants and bread (from Mulino Bianco the former and the panini I don‘t know, but they were warmed up and very hard). Excellent coffee, good cakes, particularly the savoury ones.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Moderno. The room was clean and the beds comfy, and the breakfast was really amazing. Simone was a great host, thanks again!

Beautiful spot right in the very centre of the town. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the overall impression of the place - cosy, authentic and homy. The receptionist was extremely nice and gave some wonderful tips for dinner and other things. The breakfast service was equally great💪, all meals freshly prepared and straight from the pan.

Very well located in the historic city center with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Very clean bedroom and an awesome breakfast with a lot of fresh pastries and salted dishes. The « cake of the day » is so good! And a very kind and helpful staff, with a special mention to Paolo, giving good advices about restaurants and places to visit.

Great location - just 8 minutes walking from the beautiful beach. Helpful staff. Free parking place next to the hotel. Room was very nice and spacieous, designed in traditional sardinan style. Santa Teresa was a lovely little town with a plenty of good restaurants and bars.

Add some table and chairs on the balcony and it will be perfect !

Until today this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and pet friendly! Very very kind people, the hotel is located in an amazing place, the rooms are very beautiful, the view is nice and the breakfast was AWESOME. Totally would recomend and would totally come back 100% no doubts. Congratulations to this hotel 👏🏼

The man on reception was super helpful and made a call to help us track down some missing shoes at our earlier stop. Breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

Including a bidet in the bathroom meant that is was VERY cramped, and a tiny shower made picking up dropped soap quite a challenge - but we had opted for the budget room, so not a big deal.

Hotel in the city center, so you can easily do everything by walking. Super nice staff, from the the check-in to the breakfast, they do everything to ensure you feel at home!

Beautiful, cosy, heart warming little hotel with friendly and cheerful staff ready to assist you and make your stay more pleasant. Wonderful Sardinian details all around the place, ideal location just a dozen of steps away from the main square. Spotless and clean, super comfy beds. Excellent coffee!
