It wasn't properly cleaned There was a lot of noise coming from the building, I woke up a couple of times during the night because of that.

very cozy apartment with all basic amenities available. very convenient location to visit Perpignan. Gabriel was very helpful and responsive. checkin was also very smooth

The bed was not very good and there weren't enough bedding.

The bed

It was clean, lots hot water, sheets and blankets on the bed that were needed as it was October and quite cold out. The host was at the end of the phone and very helpful.

The mattress was very old and dipped in the middle.

The room opposite had a party until quite late and I could hear them well. But there's not much anyone can do about this.

The communication was perfect. Carl was replying to us very fast. You enter in the building with a code that you receive shortly before arrival (do not get anxious like me cause you will receive all the needed info). The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook and I must highlight that I couldn’t find a bottle opener, so I asked Carl (just in case I was not checking in the correct place) and when we came back we found one outside the door. I didn’t demand it and we have already bought one (in France we wanted to drink a wine) but the availability and the courtesy to bring us one is to be mentioned. The place is small but you still have everything. The bathroom seemed recently renewed and even if it was not huge, was very decent. The apartments are in a very beautiful street and there are also plants and flowers on them. Very beautiful. Extra info: You must bring or buy everything to cook like oil and salt or tea and coffee.

Check out is at 10:00 and I saw it when I booked, but still it felt early. It might change soon. Even if our street was very beautiful, I didn’t feel very comfortable with the parking close to the apartment. I didn’t like the area of the public parking (that is really close to the apartments but in the end everything was fine). As extra info about the place: you have an underground parking very close also.
