Delightful setting with farm animals that the kids loved feeding. Spacious accommodation - ample for our 3 families. The outdoor pizza oven was a hit! Perfect location for exploring lesser (and better) frequented areas of the Southern Highlands

Tranquil, relaxed, fun filled farm house hide away, with lots to keep adults, teens & kids busy during your stay, teenagers loved upstairs lodge and so many lovely spots in the garden to enjoy some peace and quiet & the lil ones adored all the very cute four legged friends at the farm & loved feeding them carrots, lovley relaxing holiday in a lovely small town.

Southern Highland Getaway
Lovely little find, great place to relax with friends and explore the region for a few days (waterfalls, cheese factory etc)
Carmen was so friendly and communications were great.
Make sure to bring/buy plenty of firewood coz the pizza oven is amazing and the wood heater inside keeps everything toasty warm and have shoes that are easy to slip on/off between inside and outside...my outside shoes were lace up (rookie error! 🤣)

Nice place - Too Pricey
The property and location are really nice and Carmen is very communicative and friendly. The animals on site are great for the kids and the outdoor fire pit is perfect. However, for the price charged for the stay and the extensive set rules and requirements you have to abide by, the property did not live up to expectation. Whilst the place was nice, the price does not reflect what you get. We had a number of issues with vermin, cleanliness, safety issues, all items which we would probably have overlooked if we hadn't paid such a premium price to stay there. Overall our view was the place is nice but the price is inflated.

Beautiful scenery, great atmosphere
Our stay at the maple lodge was incredible, we enjoyed the beauty, spacious interior, very accommodating to large groups, plenty of resources inside, the animals out side were so cute and friendly !! I only wish we could have stayed longer thanks Carmen

Perfect weekend getaway
Could not recommend more, its a beautiful property, smooth check in and communication with host. House was clean, spacious and well stocked cupboards for cooking.

Escape to the Country!
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time at Maple Lodge....our only regret was that we had just the one night.

Extremely pleasant stay
Cosy, warm and beautiful house.
This house has a lot of character to it. Clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Kitchen was very well equipped and a lot of outdoor space and furniture. Carmen was a great host. Her communication was fantastic.
Would recommend Anyone staying here and I’d be definitely visiting again

Fabulous short stay at Maple Lodge
Had a lovely stay for family group of 5 adults. Location is good and Lodge grounds are lovely to stroll around. We all managed to keep warm on the minus temperature nights and frosty mornings. Will definitely stay again.

Country farm stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Maple Lodge. Loved feeding the animals and the position in the country was nice. There are a lot of rules for a house that needs a bit of TLC. Dishwasher was broken and internet didn’t work. We made do and it was fine. The house was very warm inside so lucky there were fans. Overall we enjoyed our country stay and Ani communicated with us very well. Thank you 🙏

Amazing Weekend!
We stayed at the Maple Lodge recently and couldn't be happier with our stay. The house surpassed our expectations and was the perfect setting for a quiet weekend away with all our girlfriends. There was plenty of space and even though the gale force winds outside kept us inside most of the time we weren't even bothered. Carmen was super easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything in order for our retreat. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic homely property which was great for a family weekend away
We had a fantastic stay at Maple Lodge with 9 adults and 4 kids all fitting comfortably and plenty to keep the kids occupied - from the pizza oven, the animals, plenty of room to play cricket and great spots for an Easter egg hunt.
Carmen was a fantastic host with great communication before, during and after our stay.
It was a memorable weekend with the family and one we will cherish forever.

Beautiful garden but house needs some work.
Tha Maple Lodge was great but some things didn’t work like the wifi, the pinball machine and the tv in the main bedroom. The grounds were beautiful and the goat was very friendly.

Beautiful property, great for group bookings .
We had a great stay at the maple lodge and used the woodfire pizza oven which was fantastic. The house was clean and tidy however, there were lots of rules (re: shoes, designated eating areas etc) which we all followed.
I found it disappointing the owner didn't follow the same high standard expected from us.
We ran out of gas within the first hour of using it and at 10pm on a Saturday night we were expected to drive to the local servo to get more. Light fixtures in the games room didn't work so we were unable to play pool etc. Changing cables & batteries to watch nextflix or stan was just an inconvenience. I was emailed the rules on three separate occasions which was a bit of an overkill and was reminded an extra fee would be promptly charged if not aherd to.
Nice play to stay but with all the rules it was alittle off putting.

A unique cottage
The cottage is quite unique and very comfortable.
The kids had a great time playing in the loft whilst the adults enjoyed the downstairs.
The pizza oven provide an enjoyable meal for all.
The sleeping arrangements were excellent.
The cottage with its variety of heating appliances was warm even in the freezing outdoor temperatures

Comfortable Country Retreat
We were two families with young children and found this an ideal place to stay. There was plenty of space to allow the children to explore outside and room inside so that they could be happily entertained while the adults enjoyed some quiet. The pizza oven was a hug hit as was the fire-pit where we enjoyed roasting marshmallows most nights. The property is perfectly located to provide a great disconnect from city life but is close enough to amenities and things to do in the southern highlands.

Perfect Group getaway
We had 5 couples and 6 babies catch up at The Maple Lodge. The older mud brick house has a huge amount of living and sleeping space on a beautiful property. It is a well thought out rental with heating and ammenities etc all included. Providing linen is also something not many rentals do these days which makes the stay more convenient for everyone. Although the instructions were a little over kill, it was great for our large group to put babies to sleep and have a proper catch up over the wood fired pizzas we cooked. We would love to come and stay again.

Perfect for a Family Gathering
We spent Easter at Maple Lodge and it was everything we hoped for and more. The property was beautiful and provided many hiding places for our Easter Egg hunt. The rooms were all fitted out very well, and the kitchen and pantry space was great for a group of 10. The added addition of the Pizza Oven was a bonus. The Pool Table and the Ping Pong table provided much entertainment. We will definitely be staying again.

The group I stayed with had a fantastic stay the the Maple Lodge in Robertson. The property is beautiful and the house is furnished impeccably. If you are looking for a cosy place to stay I would definitely recommend the lodge.

Wonderful property!
Peaceful, cosy, comfortable farmhouse in a beautiful location. Plenty of space and things to do. The loft is fantastic, perfect for having a movie night. Kitchen is well equipped and it was great that high speed internet, linen and towels were provided. Comfortable beds and couches. Bedrooms are a good size. The Master is huge and it was great that it has an ensuite. The house is only a short drive to Robertson town, very convenient. Carmen was fantastic, very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this wonderful property. Thank you for an enjoyable, relaxing weekend!

The Farmstay in Robertson was a perfect getaway from city Life. A Gorgeous Farm House located in Beautiful Bushland. Linen and Towels being provided made it so easy. Everything we needed was provided. Thankyou!
