The staff were fantastic and very helpful! The villa location was quiet while also being near a wide range of restaurants and close to the beach. Our room was a generous size with a private balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay in Unawatuna. Good breakfast, good wifi and nice rooms. Close to beach and main area.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

By my experience its Perfect location its 100 meters from the beach and main street where all happening.very nice helpful staff in all issue!we were 5 nights first run then a 4 days trip and decided come back to the same place after we knew the area find out its a best option.The owner even reorganized rooms with others to give us a room we asked too!it was about 30-40m2 with cmfi beds.Also the room has a large private terrace.Im sure that if we come again will definitely stay at same place!Thank u VillaWatuna management

Great place to stay for a good price. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Daily room cleaning, helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious, large balcony overlooking the garden, delicious breakfast. I recommend.

we had a spacious room, it was super quiet. You can watch monkeys from your balcony. The internet is good. it's near the beach. Guys from this hotel are super welcoming and and always tried to help us.

Breakfast was quite good. The size of the room and bathroom was correct aswell but they were not super luminous though. Nice location and the family who is running the guest house is quite nice and helpful :)

Nice place close to the centre but still very quiet. Staff was very Nice and helpful. If you have a room with balcony, its a Nice view to the green garden. Good wifi, aircondition, hot water & basic equipmet (cups, glasses, tea/coffee,..) available in the room.

Room was larger than I expected. Wifi throughout the facility was very good. Its close to the beach and anything and everything is walking distance.

The location was spot on. Very close to shops/beach. The breakfast was very good, probably the biggest portion from all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. The room was big but…the A/C didnt work - just blowing hot air. The young guys managing the property are great though, very organised and had perfect english. If we stayed longer, we’d try to get new room or sort the AC but for that pruce and short stay we didnt really bother

It's a great place with comfortable rooms with a lot of space and so friendly and helpful staff. Ruchi the hotel manager was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. I can just recommend this place to have a good time in Unawatuna!

Sometimes there was a noisy nights because of dogs, monkeys and monitor lizard on the attic of our room. But it's not the blame of hotel, it's Sri Lanka - nature is everywere, so we totally fine with it
