Location was excellent for us. Pool was very good. Price was really good for 3. Restaurant was good value.

Bathroom needs an update. Road works disruptive but not noisy.

There were extensive roadworks outside the property which made access to the hotel very hazardous and using the balcony was impossible due to the noise and dust. The property is very run down and in need of refurbishment. We were not given the grade of accommodation paid for.

first room allocation was in an Annex across two roads away from main complex. After complaining swapped to lovely room near the pool and restaurant.

The location was good. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming and really only the saving grace for this hotel.

Had to complain to reception to change our room the day after we arrived as the room looked nothing like the room in the pictures. It was literally falling apart and was in an old derelict block on the top floor it was actually quite scary as a single mother with 2 kids. I booked a studio, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom but the extra bed was actually just the sofa, no pull out and the room was horribly old and dated. The floor was dirty and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. I took my sandals off and my feet were dirty within seconds. There was unbearably loud building work next door which woke me up at the crack of dawn. The staff were amazing and changed the room with no issues to the original room we booked and offered us a free breakfast in the restaurant, sadly the breakfast was awful so I’m happy I didn’t pay to eat there.

Perfect location, right in the center of Paphos, near to the Paphos Promenade. Delicious, varied breakfast with hot dishes. Friendly staff, clean towels and bed sheets. Nice swimming pool.

They put us in the small, uncomfortable two-story room with a narrow staircase in the middle of the room, without promised balcony. Quite different than in booking.com photos. When we complained, we were transferred to another room, which smelled bad of old cigarettes.

I mistakenly booked the right number of beds but for only for one person rather than two. unfortunately when I was checking in they asked me to pay €60 to check the other person in for the duration of our stay. This was not ok given they could correct this without extra charge. We paid €15 to check in for that day and we planned to rectify the issue with booking.com. When the ladies at reception heard I will be getting in touch with booking.com they were in shock (I guess they are used scamming people like that). I got in touch with booking.com who corrected the error of our booking immediately without extra charge. When this was rectified none of the members at reception bothered to get in touch to say come and collect your €15 as you no longer have to pay extra. I had to go back to reception to ask for €15 back. I can only imagine how many people they have scammed like that!!!!!!!

Got very basic room with broken furniture , not clean with entrance from the back where all laundry was and broken umbrellas. Balcony was overlooking onto building site where workers would start at 7am.The other room we got after complaining was better. Changing room,toilets next to swimming pool, gym not clean.

The staff were excellent as was the choice and the standard of the food. I upgraded from B & B to all inclusive due to the outstanding value for money this option offered.

I was in Aphrodite block and although I had everything I wanted, the apartment could do with a bit of an update generally

Very tired room needs upgrading. View direct from balcony onto residential apartment. Extra bed was camp bed not sofa bed.

Fantastic holiday. Apartment large and well equipped. Staff excellent. Pool and surrounds fabulous. Restaurant food delicious. Perfectly situated.
