Le cadre est très joli et les décorations sont bien pensées. On paie surtout pour ce visuel, les beaux jardins, les grandes piscines et l'architecture atypique. La chambre est confortable pour la literie. Les gels douches et l'odeur dans hôtel est très agréable. Mais le restant est vraiment déplorable.

APPARTEMENT: Dans l'appartement il y avait une mauvaise odeur d'urine de chat, je trouvais ca spécial pour un hotel 5 étoiles, pourtant le nettoyage avait l'air d'être bien fait correctement. J'ai laissé aérer et j'ai rincer la salle de bain mais l'odeur revenait quand même à chaque fois. L'isolation du bruit des chambres est vraiment une catastrophe, je n'ai jamais connu des chambres si peu isolé du bruit. C'est vraiment scandaleux pour cette catégorie hôtel qu'on paie au prix plein. On entend les voisins parler, éternuer ou prendre leurs douches. Les nuits n'étaient pas du tout reposantes, on entendait les enfants des chambres à côtés. Au petit matin toutes les portes claques fort, c'était super dérangeant. On avait notre appartement juste au-dessus des bulles à verres en plus. REPAS: Les repas en forfait complet sont des buffets à volonté et le choix y est vaste. Cependant la nourriture n'avait rien du tout d'exceptionnelle, on reste dans les grands classiques mais c'était bon. C'est un peu l'anarchie au buffet cependant. Ce qui m'a le plus dérangé c'est d'avoir été malade moi et ma compagne, on a attrapé une grosse gastro après deux jours. Pourtant on va aux iles canaries 2x/ans depuis 5 ans et on n'est jamais tombé malade nulle part sauf à ce buffet. Conclusion, on a plus du tout profiter des repas par la suite, on ne digérait plus rien. 40 euros de médicaments à la pharmacie... PISCINE: Il faut savoir que les gens placent leurs essuis de plage sur tous les sieges qui offrent du soleil, donc tous les sièges sont réservés au petit matin et bonne chance pour trouver des autres sieges, vous êtes parti pour une promenade juste pour trouver des sieges. J'ai horreur de ca. Bref, j'ai signalé une partie de ces problèmes à mon arrivée et rien à changer, aucune réponse. Donc pour moi cet hotel ça sera la dernière fois et je ne le recommande pas du tout.

We loved the whole ambience of the hotel. It was so clean and tidy. The smell was incredible everywhere and the staff were so kind and polite to us everywhere we went!

I think that there could of been a few more people doing table service near the pool as I think a lot of people would spend the money on it.

This place is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The facilities were incredible, from pools and entertainment to bars and excursions. Having the addition of the Unique Experience added another touch of luxury to this incredible stay. This allowed us perks like private sun loungers, free snacks and drinks during the day and free entry into the nearby thermal suite which was so cool!! The biggest positive for us was food and dining. Both myself and my wife have food allergies. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. They gave both of us a red card which we showed to staff before dining. Our own customised menus were presented to us and this meant we had peace of mind when eating. For this reason, we did half board for the entire stay. We would also like to praise three waiters in particular (Pablo, Isla and Beatriz) who were so accommodating to our food allergies and were also just such friendly people. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely return!

Staff couldn’t be more unhelpful if they tried. The service is really poor, the staff do bare minimum and are not accommodating. More normal tables are needed if people want to work on laptop.
