Excellent experience! Spotless room! Helpful and caring owners ♡ Location of a hotel is extremely good (walking around the town, take the tram to the beach or a train to Palma). Inside yard is lovely!

Parking is kind a trouble in Soller, but it has nothing to do with a hotel itself.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast (with la luna sausage <3 and other local products) served in beautiful interiors... I wish to be there again to eat in garden. ;) Quiet and perfect clean room, classy shared spaces... Just a few steps from main square of Soller... I can't imagine better stay...

Loved our second stay at S'Ardeviu and can't wait to stay again. The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful! The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of fresh food. The garden is a lovely place to relax- with views of the mountains and the sound of the water fountain in the background.

Wonderful hotel, both the interior and the garden. 50 meters from the main square with many nice restaurants. A very good breakfast was included. The owners was so nice and helpful.

I was truly amazed but the place, the staff, the food. This is an old building in the strict center of Soller. Everyday we had a delicious breakfast made from local quality products. The breakfast is served in the garden when the weather is suitable. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with every issue. I highly recommend this place.

A lovely traditional property, just off the main square of Soller. The house had a delightful courtyard garden where we had breakfast each morning. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and very helpful, with arranging taxis and advising us about restaurants in the local area.

We loved the owners,they were friendly and very hospitable. The garden was beautiful and tranquil. A lovely place for a long breakfast. the rooms were comfortable and the beds were good to sleep in. Every room was nicely decorated and the sitting room offered tea , coffee and liqueurs for the end of the night. Overall a great stay, highly recommend.

The great friendliness of the staff/owners, the traditional decor, the house is beautiful. The garden is lovely but not for anyone who is allergic to insects, the water did not help. The lounge is peaceful and there are complimentary liqueurs etc but we never saw anyone in it, people chose the garden in the evening and just refreshed their drinks in the lounge. The breakfast was adequate and renewed constantly with cheese, fruit etc. The location is superb, literally 2 minutes from the main square. If you want a true 'Mallorcan Experience' this couldn't be better.

The bath was awkward to climb into to use the shower, very slippy and no mat. The bedroom was very very dark as the hotel is in a narrow lane. The garden was inaccessible to us as there were too many mosquitos, the only time we were bitten while in Mallorca. The coffee machine in the lounge was not good, no variety of coffee, no instructions and no milk available but it was complimentary so we shouldn't moan! There again we couldn't use it!

It is a little oasis in the centre of a beautiful and busy small town. It is traditionally furnished and totally unpretentious. It feels like a private home and the hosts are so welcoming. The garden is charming. It makes no attempt at modishness: so refreshing when so many hotels simply follow the 'cool' trends. It is understated but so welcoming and essential Mallorquin.

Location perfect as in the hub of Soller. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of fresh things to choose from every day. The hotel is family run, small and welcoming with lovely owners and staff.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. Although there was some noise from the street in the morning it did not spoil our stay.

Our hosts, Isabel & Xisco we’re fantastic. We stayed a week and spent our time hiking and discovering the area.

Small family hotel run by the owners with a high service level. We had a room with space, nice Spanish beds (a little bit harder than a Suede normally would expect) that gave us good sleep. They serve a buffe breakfast, like a Swedish "smörgåsbord". Variations from day to day. A lot of local fruits, pastries and cold cuts. Freshly made orange juice. All served in their lovely courtyard. The hotel are located very close to the centre of Soller and still quiet. It is also very well located to reach many of the area's hiking trails that we used. I am not surprised that Hotel SÁrdeviu have a high ranking on Booking.com, since this is a Hotel and an area you want to come back to :-).

We have nothing negative to say about our stay in HotelS'Ardeviu. However since we went to Soller to do some hiking, we found out the following. The area are beautiful to hike in with small villages and a lots of olive and orange farms. Surprisingly to us, it seems that maintenance of the many hiking trails/paths do not have a high priority in the area, except maybe G221. Some trails where partly overgrown (end August). You walk mostly on small stones in different shapes. Some trails have like cobblestone paths/trails and they easy to follow and walk on. However when wet the surface are very slipery, beware!

I stayed in this lovely hotel for a week, and I think it is one of the best stays I had on Mallorca. It’s a small hotel with 8 quite and nicely furnished / decorated rooms situated on a little alley right in the centre of Sóller. The owners are warm, welcoming and knowledgable, and there is absolutely no “sense” of the now so common touristy vibe. The owner helped me a lot with getting around, e.g. transportation and restaurant recommendations, and we spent quite some time talking about the best hiking routes around Sóller and up to Cap de Formentor. So, this is an fabulous little place for anyone who wants to get away from the Mallorca mainstream and wants to really get to know the island and the people.
