Excellent place. Amazing view

It felt like staying at home 😌 Very cozy, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful apartment with a charm of sea soul.

Spacious apartment with comfortable bathroom. Quiet and nicely located place.

The owner should cut the tall plants surrounding the apartment. The terrace looks neglected. It is not easy to find the place for the first time so it should be mark better.

Location is great. The apartment has a beautiful big terrace with a different types of garden furniture. You can see Kotor bay from there. The apartment is quite small, but atmospheric and enough for 2 people.

I didn't like the smell in the apartment (so I kept windows open all the time). And another thing is bathroom, shower has some mold and smell of moisture.

Cosy and lovely apartment, with chillout patio having panoramic bay view. Set in veneto nautical manner, it's fully equipped and run by very friendly and helpful host.

Parking issues throughout the whole town!

Unreachable: do not bring heavy luggage with you, to reach the apartment you have to go through a steep road by foot.

Great place to stay in Perast, flat has everything you need and the big terrace is awesome

The old historic city, with the perfect position in the bay. There was a lot of visitors but it was not crawded. Clean water for the swimming. Fantastic view on the sea. Good value for the money.

The historic town Perast have a lot of stervays, and it can be a problem for older visitors or tourist with a lot of baggage. But that is a charm of historical places.

Wonderful place, nearby the seaside, only 2 min by walk. Clean apartment, with a nice terrace with seaside view. The host was very, very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The Mediterraneo Seagull apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Perast. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the church of St. Nicholas and two small islands with churches, including the famous Church of Our Lady of the Rocks. On the terrace there is a table and two garden armchairs, so you can sit there for your morning coffee with a breathtaking view and later you can sip some local wine as well ;-) The apartment is decorated in a maritime style. Every (literally!) element refers to a sea and sailing. The apartment is equipped from A to Z. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric grill, pancake maker, smoothie blender, electric cafetiere, oven, all possible types of plates and so on. What I liked the most were the windows overlooking the church of St. Nicholas and the Bay of Kotor. I could wake up every day with such a view from my bed! This place is really wonderful and I will definitely come back here more than once.

Wi-Fi was a little unstable.
