The manager of this property Anna and the cleaning lady both were so nice and helpful and made our stay perfect.

To be honest everything was just fine even beyond what we expected.

Everything was new, qualitative and extremely CLEAN. The staff is amazing (special thanks for you, Ana). The upper apartment was very nice and well equipped, large terrace in the shadow for most of the time - perfect for chilling and eating outside. There is a free parking area right in front, a supermarket very close, the beach is max 2 minutes by walking. As a conclusion, it's was perfect for us and very good value for the money, I fully recommend it.

It can be noisy at night from the traffic and from the neighbors, but it can be solved by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioner. The WiFi is not great, but this is a very common issue in Greece - we have used roaming instead (as we are from EU, the cost is almost "like home", therefore 0 in our case) and the connection was very good.

We loved the stay we had at Ioranna. Starting from the great booking experience, the complementary welcome package, certain delicious surprises in the mornings and last but not least the great personnel and the delightful host Anna. Everything was easy to arrange and agree upon, the room was cosy, clean and equiped with all needed. The location is ideally close to the beach and the centre of Sarti. Also one big plus the private parking area. We enjoyed our stay, and we warmly recommend it!

I can just recommend this Studios to everybody. We had really best service, good Kontakt with the Management. The rooms were always clean, best tips for beaches given and quiet location in the night.

The apartment was really clean and it has private parking. Kitchen was well equipped and even had honey, coffee and still water which was really nice. AC was working fine, all windows had mosquito net. Would really recommend it.

Our (family’s) stay during this August was really lovely. We were really satisfied with this place and we would be happy to come back next summer. The staff is really friendly and nice. The location is not far from the center. There is also a private parking lot, which is a big advantage in Sarti. Clean rooms, excellent service and helpful staff. I would highly recommend thia place!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ioranna for about a week at the end of August. The place is very nice and the staff is amazing. Anna welcomed us when we arrived and she was there for all our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable at the place. The room was spacious and clean. The mini kitchen had all we needed and the bed was very comfy. We also loved the balcony (lots of room for the two of us). We signed up for the home made breakfast and it was great. The food was always fresh and mostly cooked/baked so I highly recommend you get that during your stay. The location of the place is just as described, within walking distance from the beach (2 minutes) and the Old Town (5ish mins). There were lots of stores and restaurants around. Finally, if you're getting there by car, there's lots of parking space (some at the premises and a lot more just behind it as there's a huge field just around the corner from Ioranna). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for couples for sure.

We have been travelling to Greece every summer for the past 8 years and this is without a doubt the BEST ROOM we stayed at. The host lady - Anna is AMAZING! Such a positive and responsive to our queries person! Always welcomes you with a smile :) She had us located on the ground floor witch was very handy when travelling with a toddler, which we really APPRECIATED :) The room she had provided us with had everything we needed to stay with a small child < 2 years. The room is so spacious that we could have our baby stroller inside without it disrupting our space. And the kitchen - WOW! There is only so much I can say about it - induction stove, absorber, water jug, coffee maker, fridge, sink, kitchen utensils, plates, bows, glasses, pan, even a pot.. every accessory you can think of to cook for a baby! Bathroom - also WOW, so much space compared to every other house with the same price range we visited in Greece. Also, bathroom accessories available in the room. Location is perfect! You can reach the "old town" with the noisy crowds and tavernas in about 8-9 minutes of walking, still not in the most distant part of Sarti (so called "new town"). The house is right in the middle of the two parts of Sarti - so easy to go each direction within a walking distance. The beach is 1-2 minutes away... perfect for taking early sunrise captures :) Also, great plus is the parking spot in the front yard - so no stress of the street parking. Finally, the breakfast! MAMMA MIA! Delicious and HOME COOKED two parts breakfast provided by Anna and her amazing mother. Every morning we were served with different Greek cuisine - so much more delicious than any of the bakeries in Sarti! And Anna did not charge us anything! P.S. coffees on the picture (attached) are bought from the nearest bakery, as Anna is getting her license for drinks now 8> Anna, sas efcharistoúme polý gia ti filoxenía sas! The location was perfect, really close to the beach and the hotel was really good and clean. The breakfast was really nice and the personal were helpful and very friendly to us for our whole stay. The room had everything we needed and it was pretty much quiet.

We have stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed every moment of our accomodation! For a family with a three year old child it was all that we could hope for. One of the reasons we chose Greece as our summer destination was the way peoplea treat tourists: more as friends rather than guests. Anna is at the top of this category, as she has gone way and beyond in making us feel even better than home. Very strong points: 1. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 2. The location is very close to Sarti beach (2 minute walk), has restaurants and market within 5 minutes walk and it is shielded from the noise of the crowded centre. 3. Anna's kindness and avaiability to solve all our requests. 4. Location has a private parking

Everything was perfect! Anna is very kind and attentive. Rooms are very big and clean and the breakfast is homemade and delicious. Also the location is close to the beach. We'll definitely recommend this and if we have a chance to come back, we'll book here for sure.

We had homemade breakfast every morning, which was not in our price included. The room was super clean. The personal was so polite and we felt like home. They even helped us, when our car's battery was empty. Totally recommended.
