The apartment was comfortable, spacious and will equipped. The décor was pleasant and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The owner was there to welcome us and was very helpful in explaining everything regarding the apartment and the parking facilities, and remained helpful throughout and following the stay.
This is not a negative comment, but travellers from outside the UK should be aware that it is customary in the UK to provide a safety deposit after booking, as was the case here. The owner was very flexible and helpful in arranging this, and promptly returned the deposit at the end of the stay without any problem.

2 of the bedrooms had no natural light, and one of them appeared to be a converted walk-in wardrobe. Also there appeared to be a smell of mould that permeated the complex, including this apartment. The shower (on the mezzanine level) leaked into the double bedroom below.

The location is excellent. it’s in the center of everything else. clean apartment and spacious.
Adding a dryer to the washing machine will help a lot.

This is an absolute gem of an apartment. So clean, and all the things you need to make it a home from home. Next time I stay in the area I will book this place again.

the flat itself is lovely and once you’re inside it’s very quiet and self contained. well appointed, modern and whilst not large, was big enough for the three of us to spend time in without crowding each other. fantastic location, out the door and walk into the market square… really central… with lots of restaurants and cafes close by
communal areas looked tired, unloved with a bit of a smell in areas. once at/in the apartment though this was quickly forgotten and unnoticeable

The apartment was comfortable and located in an extremely convenient location in the city centre. The bed was large and comfortable and the bedding provided was lovely and soft. The apartment was nice and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and speedy Wifi.
Steve was a great host, he welcomed me to the apartment and handed over the keys. He was friendly and very responsive if I had any questions. My deposit was refunded in full within 24 hours of check-out.
I was a bit surprised that I had to pay a deposit by bank transfer before I arrived.
I later noticed that this information was listed in the house rules. While it is my fault for not reading the house rules before booking, it would have been helpful if that information was somewhere more obvious at the time of booking.
Important to note that the deposit was returned within 24 hours of me checking out, so no problem there at all.

clean and nice design
I feel very disappointed by staying in this apartment. The owner was very rude and was just looking for excuses to take the 100 deposit even tried to pick us up on marked bed sheets (which was abit of tan) and said he was going to charge us for it. Ignored several messages of mine and made me feel very uncomfortable due to feeling as if we was being watched the whole time as he had a camera on the door. Wouldn't recommend staying here

Wonderful Location. Very convenient for Nottingham Center. The host welcomed us very nicely. The apartment is very confortable and ideal for a long week-end.
