It was a great experience for our stay. I cam say inner peace, staffs were very friendly, helpful and debonair. Location was also very good. It is located in the old town. I am highly recommend to stay at this cute, comfy hotel.

location is great, great breakfast with nice coffee, and reception was so nice & helpful to assist me to make just eat order, also with hot water pot , this was most china guest loved 🤩

noise isolation non existent, you can literally hear everything-from the corridor, other guests, street. toilet set up is funny - in the middle of the room with glass walls non closing doors and again no noise isolation. everything pretty worn off - carpets, windows, furniture. they provide even the earplugs, but these are cheapest - make sure you bring your own.

Great location in the old town of Bern within walking distance to the main station, all the beautiful shops and many more attractions of the city. However, I did not stay for pleasure, but still enjoyed its location. I got a room under the roof which was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and offered a variety of choices of bread, fruit, müsli, cheese and much more (however, I don't think they offer warm/ English breakfast, which is fine for me). On top of it all, staff was very friendly.

My bed was a little hard but okay. However, I always struggle when not sleeping in my own bed.

Great location in a charming street.

Rooms overlooking the street are extremely noisy until very late at night due to restaurants and bars on the street. Smoke comes from smokers on the street into the rooms. Not suitable unless you plan to stay out drinking all night and you like smoke. The pillows are completely flat. The pod bathroom is very small.

First we got an exstremely small double room in which it was nearly impossible to find room for 2 suitcases and to move around the double bed. Therefor we changed the room to a bigger room. The woman in the front desk were very helpful and kind. The new and bigger room we got had the worst beds we have ever slept in,-an we are normally not very fussy,-but this bed were really like a stiff military bed with a hard duvet and a flat little pillow. Bathroom/toilet is like a semi-transparent plexiglass cupboard in the room,less than a meter from the beds headpiece which ment that a visit to the toilet was a noisy and and not very private affair! We checked out one day earlier. The staff was the only positive thing about this hotel!They were exstremely kind and helpful!

Small, but very efficient room--perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, good walk-in shower and wonderful restaurant for lunch. Breakfast was great!

Too perfect! Beautiful room and building, lovely neighborhood. Very safe and incredibly clean. Helpful staff.

Only thing is the breakfast was very bread, cake and cereal oriented. I prefer more fruits and protein. But otherwise everything was perfect.
