First and foremost, the staff and manager of this hotel are fantastic. They are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist you. For instance, we arrived in the morning even though our check-in time was 2 PM, but they kindly allowed us to access our room and store our belongings. On our last day, they also held our luggage so we could spend more time exploring the city. Overall, this place offers excellent value for the price, and you won't encounter any issues or troubles with them—they are truly wonderful people.
There was no hair dryer or fridge, but it wasn't a big deal.

Von Ankunft an spürte man einen starken Essensgeruch, welches bis in die Nacht nicht aufhörte. İm Zimmer konnte man aufgrunddessen nicht schlafen. Weder das Fensteröffnen noch das Schließen löste das Problem. Der Nasen-Rachenbereich war extrem gereizt wegen dem scharfen Currygewürz, sodass man die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnte. İrgendwann spât in der Nacht wurde es weniger und schon am frühen Morgen ging es erneut wieder los. Nie wieder werde ich in diesem Hotel übernachten.

La colazione non era compresa, ma ho pagato 5 franchi un ottimo caffè e un ottimo cornetto. Volendo c'era il breakfast a 19. Mi è piaciuta la stanza a tema Heidi...
C'era una sola presa di corrente in camera, mancava al bagno per attaccare il caldo bagno. La stanza non era sufficientemente calda la sera.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The shower is the best shower we have had in a hotel, the pressure was perfect and the temperature stayed the same regardless of other cold water usage. 👍
It is not near the centre of Zurich but there are trams into town, and adequate parking in town.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are 4 very close and a coop next door.
No kettle
Would have liked the ability to make our own tea and coffee.

Location was convenient, close to train station and bus stop.
Do not use the elevator, it is not reliable.

No really, except breakfast
- The room was small and very dark, which was quite a big problem for us, but we used a lamp and pointed to the roof then that made room better for us, but this is a real problem in this hotel.
- Digital Check-in was a bit confusing and problem, as we did not find anyone around and was look like we were on some empty place.
- As reception was closed, so lift was closed, which was a problem for us when we reach to hotel, we have to carry luggage and baby cart with our own by stairs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kronenhof where the staff and management were top-notch. In particular, the manager, Mr. K J, was incredibly helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable.
From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the idea of the self check in with the key boy box during the reception unavailability is great and i loved it, easy steps and quick way for the check in.
Next morning during the breakfast we met Mr. K J who truly stood out during our stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby services, or simply offering a warm greeting every time we crossed paths, he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect.
The hotel itself was also a highlight of our trip. The bus station is 2 minutes walk, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which was a great way to start my day. The breakfast was so diverse and had so many options to choose from. One of the standout dishes was a plate of cheese prepared by a lovely lady at the hotel. It was one of the most memorable and delicious meals I had during our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The friendly staff and helpful management, truly made it a standout experience.
