- The room was small and very dark, which was quite a big problem for us, but we used a lamp and pointed to the roof then that made room better for us, but this is a real problem in this hotel. - Digital Check-in was a bit confusing and problem, as we did not find anyone around and was look like we were on some empty place. - As reception was closed, so lift was closed, which was a problem for us when we reach to hotel, we have to carry luggage and baby cart with our own by stairs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kronenhof where the staff and management were top-notch. In particular, the manager, Mr. K J, was incredibly helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the idea of the self check in with the key boy box during the reception unavailability is great and i loved it, easy steps and quick way for the check in. Next morning during the breakfast we met Mr. K J who truly stood out during our stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby services, or simply offering a warm greeting every time we crossed paths, he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was also a highlight of our trip. The bus station is 2 minutes walk, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which was a great way to start my day. The breakfast was so diverse and had so many options to choose from. One of the standout dishes was a plate of cheese prepared by a lovely lady at the hotel. It was one of the most memorable and delicious meals I had during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The friendly staff and helpful management, truly made it a standout experience.
