The rooqm and bathroom are really gooqd

I didn't sleep because it was really hot. I didn't if it is because the hotel is only using generator

The room had so much space for a comfortable staycation.

Some lights didn’t turn on above the bed. Water temperature isn’t always consistent. Closet door needed a bit of lifting to be closed all the way.

The rooms were clean and the facility was clean as well. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The new owners are failing to make a serious commitment to any improvements. Same hotel (Sheraton) different name.

We loved the location, the view, and the pools. The hotel staff were lovely.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. After the first night my back hurt in the morning.

I enjoy the stay plus it was the cleanness and well satisfied especially to find in addition other room also have a Jacuzzi also that will be the best and understanding expensive but it's all worth it at the end

It with the confusing with the payment when checking in not knowing when booking online it must be directed to them and not on the app but the good thing It's Not Over the budget the one thing that throws me off was the security deposit knowing that you guys have the information of our card in the way if anything is wrong or missing or stolen or anything they can just pulled out from our card but it clearly understands why they just added SD....
