Easily accessible. Parking wasn’t very full so it was easy to find parking.

It's the worst experience. Hyatt ruined my summer vacation. 1. Check-in delayed for over 2 hours. 2. Poor cleanliness (there were snack crumbs, and my child almost ate them. I asked the front desk for feedback, but received no response). 3. Not only snack crumbs, but there were too many ants in the accommodation. 4. Slow internet - both the provided Hyatt wifi and my personal roaming were slow. It was the most inconvenient place for phone usage in Guam."

The thermostat was set to 70. We were sweating in our sleep.

Restaurant, Niji

No housekeeping with $300 per night, no towels change. You need to call them at least 5 times to get the towels. Housekeeping never touch the bed. They just left the shampoo in the plastic bag and left on the bathtub

Our stay was really enjoyable. The remote for the TV was not working. I called to request for batteries or a new remote, which they said they would bring to the room, but it was never delivered. Overall, we really enjoy the pool area and it's restaurants within.

Some of the pool facilities were not in use due to the storm MAWAR which is understandable.

It was a nice get away.

No pool access, room service took long for pillows, and I wasn't able to redeem my points under World of Hyatt only because it was booked under booking.com. I tried to book online with hyatt and it stated no availability so I went under booking.com. I also tried booking for 1 night, it said no rooms available but when I booked for 2 nights, there was a room. Not understanding that at all.

Located right nearby the beach with an amazing ocean front view. Parking space was enough with free fee. The pool looked good for families with kids.

We requested for bi-daily housekeeping, but we ended up requesting it again to the guest service desk on our 2nd day and the service was provided at 4:30 - 5:00 pm. Felt uncomfortable staying there while the lady was working on our room, so we chose to leave the room even though we wanted some rest after playing in the beach.

People upstairs were up all night partying till 4am.

The pool, breakfast

This was supposed to be a significant Christmas trip for my family so I booked 9 months in advance for a 3 nights suite. I arrived around 4PM, but the room wasn't ready. They gave us complimentary drinks while we waited for 20 minutes. Once in the room, there were basic items missing or broken. 1. A telephone. (Had to use the bathroom one until they brought us one.) 2. Slippers (floor was dusty so I had to mop the floor myself using bathroom towel) 3. Cushions for the sofa. 4) Broken safe (they fixed it the next day) 5) AC (centralized hotel ac in the closet so the room is quite cold despite turning ours off) Since it was a vacation, I played it cool not to ruin the mood. Just annoyed and disappointed hearing the phrase "sorry" everytime and being offered snacks and late checkout at 1pm. For one of the most expensive rooms, it is not enough. Perhaps a free 1 night stay would have been better. For familes, I recommend a suite at Dusit Beach Resort. The rooms are renovated and they even had 2 telephones in the room!

the rooms were a bit outdated! would have been nice to have a real restaurant/bar by the pool instead of the very casual Breezes poolside tables.

Location was exceptional. Pool area has slides for the kids and an area to order and eat food. Beach was very close by. Good for morning and evening walks. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Male bathroom by the poolside did not have a baby changer. For the fathers left with the kids while the wife shopped, you will need to go elsewhere to change diapers.
