Good location close to the airport

Not good bedding

They had Netflix on their tv

They canceled my reservation of two nights that I was to pay R$150 then charged me R$200 to stay in a room at 3:30am (I arrived at 2:30am which I told them via email twice) for less than 24 hours. The woman who was sleeping and had the door locked and lights off to the makeshift hotel said I could pay it or leave. I had no phone service and there were no taxis so I gave in and paid the demanded fee. I had to ask for a towel. No soap in bathroom. Bedding is horrible. The pictures are true but maybe two decades ago. Air conditioning is controlled by one remote that she keeps. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVEN TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS. DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE.

Bad management. They dely and kept me waiting outside unnecessarily. Rooms are dirty and suffocating without air ventilation. Staff is poorly unprofessional

dangerous place, bugs in the bed, not very clean, very very unpleasant staff. Wort hotel in my life, do not live here.

I had the suite. It was a comfortable room, the shower was great. It was very clean. The staff were AMAZING! That was the biggest positive. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. And the staff at this hotel were definitely the kindest! Helped me find a store, and even walk me there (it was late at night, and to be safe). Made me coffee and brought it to me. They do sell drinks by the front door, and the prices are cheap. And the price of the rooms! It was around 107 BR for a deluxe, which is about $26 USD a night. No doubt it was worth it! And it is a 10 minute walk to the airport. And they have someone near the desk 24/7. They also helped me order pizza (18 BR for a large). Which is like $4.50 USD including delivery! I am very happy I chose this hotel! They bend over backwards for those who stay here. And are extremely kind!

The only thing, was it was not in the best area (but there were several hotels on this street). I did walk there from the airport, but the walk showed me it would be smarter and much safer to get an Uber (easy to do). The Uber was about 9.50 BR, so a little over $2 USD. However, the owners make sure everything is safe for you. They lock the front and will unlock it for those who stay there. And as stated before, they will walk you somewhere if needed.

Very good location. From the airport I walked about 900m. The hotel is modestly equipped, but the owners it compensate with their helpfulness and kindness.

Nearness of the location to the Airport.

I don't like the mattresses.
