We have stayed here before. It's in a good location, plenty of free parking a big bonus. Spacious room with comfortable beds; clean and in a quiet area.

There was no dish towel; the hand towels could have been of a standard size, not face cloths; much better quality toilet paper; apartment rather dusty. However, we would still stay here again.

The room was big and Apartments Portalgatan is located about 10-15 walking minutes from the city center. We got a door code to the front door and then our apartment key from a key box. Free parking.

The entrance hall was not especially welcoming and was shared with some type of psychiatric clinic. Our Apartment door was very poorly insulated so every time someone opened the front door our apartment door moved and made a loud noise. There was no hairdryer in the apartment and no carpet in the bathroom to stand on after showering and also no wastebasket in the bathroom.

The location was great; it was clean and comfortable.

No tea towels so no way to dry dishes.

Cleanliness, kitchen in the room.

Bed is small. Number of towels was insufficient, there wasn't even a mat for the shower. TV had three channels, the other ones were encrypted. Location is remote, even if it's relatively close to central station it is not easy to get to the apartments walking.

It was ofull experience. Orner of property is not normal

They are not actually apartments, but rooms in a hostel. With all the things that come with a hostel. For more than 100 euros per night, you are not expecting this upon arrival as they don't make it clear on their booking page. There was no heating so it got very very cold at night. We called to ask about this and got offered a radiator. There were only 2 pillows and they were very small, it was very difficult to sleep. There was only 1 hairdryer per floor (or maybe the building I don't know if they had one on the other floors) so you had to wait to find it in the washing room to use it. Overall the facilities and building were very hostel-like, and they should state that this is what they are more clearly so people don't pay that much money for so few amenities.

We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time and just wanted to drop our bags, but the person who met us called the manager, manager confirmed that we had a booking, and then since the room was ready they let us check-in.

There could have been more hangers in the bathroom (it wasn't enough for all the towels and clothes if someone is taking a shower), there was no foot towel, no shampoo/shower gel. The pillows could have been more stuffed. Beds were lacking headboards.

The apartment is big, clean and very nice. Colse to the city center on foot

Room ventilation. Room lights. Towels (Should provide white towels. Very dark colored towels, one can be doubtful about the cleanliness of the towels.)

I received a message with the code to the building and the code to the lockbox to get the key for my room. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong code for the lockbox, but a quick call resolved the issue. Other than that, I have a wonderful stay. I was there for almost 3 weeks. The building was quiet, the staff responsive if I needed anything and always greeting me with a smile, but mostly just left me alone, which is exactly what I wanted! I really only have good things to say about the room and the staff!

My room was on the ground floor near the entrance and cigarette garbage. Occasionally, smokers (guests) would look into my room if the curtains were open, or would smoke sitting near my open window. I easily fixed this by closing the window or curtains but, this could maybe be better resolved with a better smoking location.
