This property was lovely, perfect for our children and grandchildren, with easy access to all the activities we wanted; the gondola, the stables, Main Street, hiking trails, restaurants. Main Street Station offers a buffer between the bustle and noise of Main Street and South Park Avenue while providing easy proximity to all the amenities Breckinridge has to offer. I also want to mention that after stays at other VRBOs in Breckinridge we found this unit remained cool, despite no A/C. Our hostess, Jackie, was amazing and responsive to any questions or concerns, promptly answering our texts. The icing on the cake came when we woke up at the beginning of our second week to hear jackhammers outside the windows. We were informed that the community patio outside the unit was being resurfaced and the work would continue throughout the week. When we reached out to Jackie she was immediately responsive (and flummoxed that she was not aware that this noisy maintenance had been scheduled) and found us another unit nearby, refunding us for the days we were unable to stay in her unit. With a no cancellation policy clear we were deeply appreciative that she was willing to do this so the last week of our vacation was not ruined by the noise. We were sad to leave her lovely unit but thrilled at her response to the situation. We will definitely stay in this unit again! What a superb location and amazing customer service. Highly, highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The location is unbeatable. The view off the balcony is unbeatable. The amenities are great. The condo was in great condition, clean and had everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again.

The condo was even better than advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you need. More than enough space for our party - 6 adults and 2 children (1 & 3). Perfect location for both skiers and non-skiers. Amazing views from the porch. Parking was easy. The ski valet was super convenient and user-friendly. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the drop off for the kids ski school. You can hit the base area of peak 9 without hitting any stairs. Jackie was super responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo is really nice! The bedding and furniture is very clean. The kitchen is clearly labeled and fully stocked. The owners made it very easy to make a meal. The location could not be better! Ski storage is on the other side of parking garage door. Really good coffee shop on first floor. Hot tubs and pool for kids. You can park and you don’t need your car again. We had two cars and I parked the second car in overnight outdoor parking about a 10 minute walk away and it was very easy. Such a great place and we will book here again for summer! Loved our trip!!

We have been to Breck numerous times with our family. The condo is nicely furnished and well stocked. The location is within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and the Peak 8 gondola. Jackie is a great host. The communications were detailed and timely. Jackie gave us some ideas for new places to visit. We'd certainly stay again.

This is a beautiful condo. We stayed with our children and grandchildren for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and the location perfect. Very easy walk to restaurants and stores. The included stroller, high chair and pack-n-play were a great help.

As described and plenty of room for a party of 8 without using the pullout coach. Well equipped house and great location. Perfect kitchen setup for eating in after a long day of skiing or plenty of restaurants to choose from just steps away.

We had a wonderful time celebrating New Years with our family in this place. Home owner was very responsive and accommodating. The place was perfect for all- from a 7 month old baby- to teenagers- to grandparents everyone had a good stay. Great location. Spaces actually bigger than they look online.

Our stay was perfect. The property was stunning with exquisite attention to detail. The location was phenomenal, and the front desk staff super helpful. Some in our party rented skis from charter sports downstairs, and the rest used the ski valet - such a nice perk. The gym was great, as well as the hot tubs. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better! Thanks for the fantastic stay!!

We had a great time staying at Peak 9! The condo was in a great location and walking distance to everything. Beautiful views! The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and the girls were so excited about the Christmas decor. We had enough room for 8 of us and the amenities were great. The girls got up every morning to walk to the coffee shops and enjoyed the rolled ice cream shop across the street. We would definitely book this condo again!

We had a great 5 day stay. The location was great for ski in/out. Short walk to lift and very convenient ski rental/storage in building. We had a car rental so a short trip to grocery store was easy. On the way to the condo we stopped to pick up pre ordered meals at Whole Foods in Frisco. All we had to do was heat up. Made cooking (heating up) easy for our group and had a good variety all week. The rental was fully equipped for cooking and storage. The living and dining area was perfect for our group of 6. Had large screen tvs. Has washer and dryer—bring your own tide pods and dryer sheets. Had several family games and cards to play. Main Street was a block away to eat out/drink and visit some tourist shops. Overall we had a great time and would recommend a stay here. Would definitely stay here again if we ski Breckinridge. Note: we stayed stayed early in the ski season (thanksgiving) and many of the trails we not open yet.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was organized so well which made things very easy. The kids loved the access to multiple hot tubs and the pool. They keep asking when we will be going back!

We had an amazing time at the Gathering Point in Breck this past week. We did not want to come home (to be fair, it was also partly not wanting to come home to the TX heat)! ;) This condo is in an amazing location, is beautifully finished out and furnished, and has EVERYTHING you need to make yourself at home in Breck. I am quite picky about vacation rentals, and I think this might be the best rental I've ever chosen. Jackie is so welcoming and communicative, and as I mentioned, it's gorgeous and comfortable, but what puts it over the top is how well stocked it is! From fans and humidifiers, to kitchen equipment/supplies, bathroom amenities, games, extra bedding...I could go on and on - they thought of everything. It is truly rare for us to settle into a place and not feel like we have to run out and get trash bags, hand soap, TP, etc....and I never felt like this once! We WILL be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Everything was wonderful!! We would love to stay here again. We come to Breckenridge most summers and this was on of our favorite condos.
The location is awesome- walk out the door and you are so close to Main Street- Literally right out the door is the Maggie Pond shops and restaurants which are all awesome.
The condo is great- very large rooms including the bedrooms. It is very well taken care of- new floors had just been installed.
Jackie was awesome to work with- I had her cell and she allowed me to text with questions before we arrived. The stroller, pack and play and high chair were a bonus with an 18 month old.
I highly recommend this property!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Gathering Pointe. We could not have been happier with the beautiful condo and it's location. From the ease of checking in, the convenience of ski rental and valet within the same building and close proximity to the lift made everything so easy and enjoyable.
The condo itself was very well furnished and kept in excellent condition. It had a beautiful view of the mountains, which we enjoyed throughout our stay when not on the slopes. The kitchen was well appointed, which we very much appreciated being able to make all of our family meals. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs in the evening.
Being located off Main Street, made it so convenient to walk through town and visit all the shops.
Last but not least, the owners were great hosts and ensured we were well taken careof. We had a birthday celebration towards the end of our stay and Jackie was kind enough to recommend a local bakery for the birthday cake and some good options for dinner in town.
It was a wonderful vacation filled with many great memories. We were so pleased with our stay, we are already planning to return next year.

We booked this property almost a year in advanced for our 40th anniversary and had our family join us. Upon entering and looking around we found the property to be not well cleaned and tired. End tables were not cleaned and had sticky drink marks, kitchen counter tops not clean, two baths were not clean, top of refrigerator and microwave hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Master bedroom bottom sheet was so thin the bottom sheet had a ware hole the size of a dollar bill. I went to plug in a humidifier behind the dresser in the master and found an old water bottle that had been there (and still is I bet) for a while. Carpet in the living room / dining room is stained and worn needing replacement. Couches in the living room are needing replacement. The property host was nice to deal with prior to our stay, however, this does not outweigh the property shortfalls. Property photos of this listing are not a good representation of the actual property conditions and condition at check-in. When we found the property to not be clean, we called the host and shared what we found, and we were told "it is peak season, and their cleaning staff is busy". Not what you would expect to be told when booking the property for seven nights at "peak season rate". The host did send their cleaning staff to clean the top of the refrigerator and microwave, however, their staff only cleaned the refrigerator. We don't think it's too much to ask or expect quality bedding that is without holes, clean baths, carpet that is clean / not stained and good furniture when contracting / paying a price for a property that is listed as being premium. Bottomline; property falls short of what it is said to be.

Easy walk from the back of the building to Chair 9 and the front of the building is right on Main St. Close to all the action. Excellent communication with the owner. Our stay was amazing! The condo is beautiful and the views to the ski slope are unique. We could walk to every downtown restaurant and shop. The parking is underground and very accessible and handy. Jackie was extremely helpful and prepared us for our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything and everything. The bathrooms are clean and have all the necessities (towels, soap. Shampoo, jet tub, etc). The decorations throughout the condo are beautiful and cozy and comforting. We felt like we were at home. The condo is super quiet and has views on 3 different sides. It was so relaxing and yet close to all the action, slopes, shopping, and eateries. Jackie gave us numerous papers with recommendations, instructions, attractions, and covered it all. We can’t wait to return and are recommending it to all our friends.

Jackie’s Place was just as advertised. She was kind and easy to communicate with. Condo was in perfect location absolutely fantastic and we have stayed in a lot of different ski places! Teens were able to walk right out in the morning and hit the slopes when they were ready and we were all able to walk back for lunch .Would definitely recommend😎

This was our third stay at The Gathering Pointe and it won't be the last! The location is perfect. Pick your gear up at the ski valet and take a short walk to the Quicksilver chair. Walk into town for dinner. The condo is well equipped, clean and the decorations for the Holiday is a perfect touch. The owner (Jackie) is great. Easy to reach if anything is needed and even accommodated a last minute request to extend our stay and take advantage of some fresh snow. I've been making trips to Breck since '94 and this is my favorite spot to stay!
