The location was fantastic, close to town centre, loads of fantastic places to eat, shopping and only a few minutes from the Gardens of Augustus and Capri Rooftop. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food which was handy if you are too tired to go anywhere. Oh and ocean views from your balcony too!

They do not provide an iron but they do have an ironing service.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting our large group especially with getting our bags to the ferry. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The AC was very good and our room stayed cool throughout the day.

Our room could have been cleaner at check in. There was a lot of hair on the floor unfortunately . The bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable.

sound isolation of the room was very bad. we heard every single noise come from the street, from the corridor and from the other floors.

From a 4 star hotel you would except that there is something in the mini bar... There was nothing. The products in the bathroom were even to poor for a 3 star hotel.

The reception was very friendly. The location was a plus.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main square bit in a nice quiet location to avoid how busy the square was. The online pictures do not do the hotel justice, there have obviously been recent refurbishments and the rooms have been redecorated to a nice, new modern standard. Hotel reception staff were extremely helpful for the whole visit.

Breakfast service was rather busy with not too much organisation as is self service - the service team worked very hard but slightly muddled in the offering of hot drinks. The food however on offer was very nice.
