This property is perfect for a family stay! Very spacious with lots of games and activities! My teenagers loved that there were so many games including foosball ping pong and pool. Couldn’t have been better!

We stayed for 3 days at this house. The host was wonderful, super nice and helpful. The house needs some maintaince and need to fix some things. Bigger barbecue will be wonderful and some kind shade by pool is necessary like a gazebo or table with umbrella.

Wonderful house to stay in. Bigger then it looks in pics. Accommodate a large group with lots of space. I would prefer one of the bedrooms with bunk bed to have regular beds to accommodate more adults

Altamonte Springs
The towels and bed linens were clean. Jose was very responsive. There was plenty of room in this house. Loved the games and it was very well stocked.
The things that we were disappointed in were the fact that we searched for a pool house and then when we got there it was unusable because it wasn't heated. The pool was very very cold. The other issue was that we felt the kitchen and bathroom needed a deep cleaning. They weren't terrible but they could have been cleaner. All and all Jose was a good host but the total came to over $1,900.00 for 5 days and it was just the 2 of us. The quantity of people is my problem as I know it can hold many more people. It just didn't seem worth it when we couldn't use the pool.

Wonderful Getaway
Property manager was easy to reach with questions. Super attentive and responds quickly. We needed to do nothing! Very spacious even in bedrooms with many beds. Lots of towels and amenities which I later heard is not always common! Was clean and maintained as needed even attended pool when it was needed and apologized for interrupting us! Was worth every penny!!

Altamonte Springs Family Stay
Our stay at this property was delightful. Reservations, Check In, and Check Out were stress free. Mr. Jose stayed in communication with us and responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had. We enjoyed everything being on one level and the master suite on the opposite side of the house, but also having easy access to the pool. The pool was dirty upon arrival, but Mr. Jose had a crew out to clean it up without us mentioning it and we loved the pool and backyard. Appreciated being in a nice neighborhood and close to many amenities and our sports event. Thank you again for hosting us.

Wonderful vacation home
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was so nice having a pool, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. Jose’ was very helpful and accommodating during our stay and we would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you, Jose’!

We loved the house and location.
We a had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room but it also felt cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds. The adults loved the space. The pool was great to have. We all enjoyed it. The neighborhood was very nice. Close to many things. And it was easy to reach Orlando and the Disney parks. The manager was easy to contact. Highly recommend this house.

Five stars!
This 5 bedroom house was perfectly located near great shops, restaurants and bars. We found the house very clean and fresh. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in allowing this booking on such a short notice and also giving advice for places to go specially leading us to the discovery of Rock Springs state park and another nearby place called Kings Landing for canoeing downstream the Wekiva river (clearly they love their neighborhood). The nearby mini golf has live alligators for attraction, believe it or not! The house was cozy with 2 nice bathrooms and thoughtful, sweet touches like the victory bell by the pool table in all a very quiet and super clean house. We used the ping pong table a lot! The backyard BBQ grill was heavily used as it is located near this very nice and huge swimming pool. Absolutely loved this Casa and will plan to return to it!

Casa verde
Upon arrival to the home it was dirty. The countertops in the kitchen were sticky, stove top was greasy, air vents were filled with dust, microwave need replacing, house had a musty smell to it that didn’t really go away even after cleaning, water smelt rotten and took a long time to warm up, the pool was dirty and the master bedroom sheets were stained and dusty. The check in process was good. I contacted the property manager via text with number provided; Although we never met in person she was fairly easy to get a hold of and responded to my concerns promptly. The description of the place was not entirely accurate. They advertise five bedrooms however the fifth room they speak of is a small space with a Fulton off the garage entrance.The location is good. Driving distance to major attractions are about 30minutes. it is surrounded by restaurants, convience stores, supermarkets and close to the mall. The neighborhood was a safe environment and peaceful. My overall rating is considering the cost of my stay to the condition of the home. It was overpriced was overpriced.

Communications with the manager were excellent. She was very helpful.
The house is as pictured, in a nice neighborhood convenient to many stores and restaurants. I take exception to the 5th bedroom which is a small room with no closet with a futon that connects to the garage.
The only reason I didn’t give the house 5stars is the amount of little maintenance items that the house needs. Many of the pots and small appliances were greasy, the shower door was really difficult to open and close as were the sliding doors. Hot water took a LONG time to get to the bathrooms. The clothes washer was hooked up so that there was no hot water.
All that being said, nothing was enough to keep us from having a good time and as I said I would return, hopefully in warmer weather so I can’t spend more time in the backyard which is wonderful.

Relaxing Summer Home
Thanks again Jose for allowing my family and I to enjoy your home. My first thought was pictures didn’t do it justice. This home was huge in size, I loved the split floor plan. I appreciated having a kitchen I could cook in with all the supplies to match. The backyard was awesome with the pool and large patio area to lounge. We even barbecued on the grill that was supplied. My children had a blast staying busy with the games also. In conclusion it was a joy staying/ living at the property. I would definitely reserve again.

Dirty rental - would give no stars if I could
We arrived around 8:30 pm on 3/18 and were met by the property manager who showed us around. Arriving late with two children we didn't really inspect the property - just a cursory glance while she was showing us around. After she left we started putting things away in the kitchen and noticed many things: sticky countertops, floor looking like it had not been swept, dirty silverware tray, etc. Looking further we noticed spots on the entryway floor that had not been cleaned, water spots on various room ceilings, filthy hvac returns/vents, dust on console table that had been there for a long time, pillows on couch were dirty. We went to Target and bought cleaning supplies and came back home and cleaned the kitchen. My daughter went to take a shower in one of the bathrooms and noticed mildew all over the back of the shower curtain and mold on the bathtub grout. Needless to say no one wanted to take a bath or shower in there. There was even toothpaste splashes on the mirror that had not been cleaned. Later that night the toilet in the ensuite bathroom would not flush. There was a plunger sitting next to the toilet so this must be an ongoing problem. The house was shown with a foosball table inside the house and a ping pong table outside near the pool. Both of these were in the dirty garage. The garage door had a big hole in the door right under the doorknob. Not very safe. The room was advertised with five bedrooms but when we got there the property manager said she was locking one of them since she had 20 people coming in next week and didn't want to clean. We slept there that night because we had nowhere else to go. The next morning we called the property manager and told her of the problems. She came over and walked through with us while we pointed everything out. We told her we did not want to stay there because it was so dirty. We left before the 11:00 am checkout time. She said she would call the owner and have him call us back. He emailed us later that day and said he went to the house and it was not dirty and there was no mildew or mold. I emailed him back and asked for my money back for the nights we didn't stay, He refused. I would not complain about a small matter but this house was so dirty we could not stay there - it was disgusting and you didn't know what else could be dirty. I even bought a new bedspread to sleep on the first night because I couldn't be sure the bedding was clean. I have pictures.

Beautiful home great pool / yard
Jose was a wonderful host. Even including local guidebooks and coupons so you can skip the little kiosks on your way in. Kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need. The home was exactly as advertised and probably even more enjoyable than i expected with plenty of space and lots of games to keep the fun going after you get back from the parks. Would stay here again anytime.

its a great property
Its a great property if you have lots of people. there is plenty to keep the kids occupied or even adults. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean. We will be renting again next year for our field hockey weekend. Close to everything. Disney is a tad far but looks like Universal was closure. I would say the only down side was that the kitchen needed more serving type stuff. I had to go buy large bowls for serving food family style. Maybe shut off the pool fountain at night. Other then that the owner is great to work with and the housekeeper is amazing. We forgot a bag and she sent it back to us. See you next year property 491924.
