Nothing went well. The property is charging too high compared to the service what they offer. No good food, no water , no intercom , nothing. Its the worst property i have ever been to.

There is a long list 1. They said they provide water only first day of checkin. after that no water. You buy water. My question is if you are charging same money for everyday stay then why are you giving water only on day 1. That too only one bottle. 2. The Linen is changed after two days. May i know why?? 3. You pay 150 Euros per night to stay but they wont give you porter to put your luggage in room. 4. There is no place to keep your luggage in room. 5. No intercom facility in room to call to reception even. If you dont want to provide basic services then you cannot befool people by chargin 150 Euros. the hotel is not even worth 50 euros.

I like how the property is very neat, and kind of has a colour scheme (red, white, black) I also like the idea of the smart hotel theme.

The Hotel in general and waiting area was pretty narrow to be honest.

nice location, nice small and clean room

the room did not have any wardrobe; no place to hang clothes; could easily hear the noise from the people talking in the corridor. the room had one double bed with two bank beds (I was alone) not sure how that many people’s luggages will fit in that small room.

Access to the hotel is good, and the rooms were clean and convenient to use.

Air conditioning was weak, ventilation was not smooth, and coffee pot/hair shampoo/body wash were not provided.

Overall fine hotel with friendly staff.

However, the AC didn't work and wouldn’t get fixed although I asked several times; it simply didn’t work. Sometimes you would order things without it coming unless following up. Initially towels and toilet paper were lacking in the room.
