Arrived in time 22:30, i needed to call a number to check in nobody was there, than they told me i need to pay with cash. I had to find a cash machine in 30 min after 900km travel in a town what i don't know about...

For 40€ near frankfurt airport the conditions are brilliant

The morning receptionist was nice

The night receptionist was very rude and racist, he asked for 5€ cash for the parking, we paid card for the room. The room was full of dust and smelling like cigarette smoke, the bed sheet had a blood stain on it, shower was so dirty i was that i couldn't use it, air ventilation was full of dust. It doesn't look like in the pictures. Very disappointed about our stay there. The night receptionist made fun of me because i didn't have any cash for the parking, i asked him if i can pay card with the fee for my room and he said no. He said he will call the police the next day if i don't pay the 5€ cash for the parking. He was making rude comments about my race and my sex. The morning receptionist was very nice though and showed me where i can find an atm to get the cash. I didn't dare to eat there so i went to the supermarket next door and had my breakfast from there.

staff was not frendly, rude answer,it should be more progress and breakfast was very bad,i dont think i will come back again in this hotel, according to the price of hotel service is very poor

it’s fair price

there was only one pillow for 2 person and it was not a clean and it was near to a Muslim center that there was some sound in the early morning maybe because of some ceremonies.

I liked the staff. They are kind and considerate.

The room was extremely dirty. The floor wasn't even cleaned. There is dust accumulated in the exhaust of the bathroom. The shower spray holder was broken. Definitely does not meet the price paid.
