Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Zur Unterkunft gehört ein abschließbarer Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.

Accueil chaleureux, proximité du centre de ville et du port. Parfait pour prévoir des excursions sur les îles éoliennes. Appartement très propre, avec tout le confort et les équipements. Le gros plus, le parking fermé privatisé!

Appartamento molto curato, fornito di tutti i confort, ma davvero tutto...dalla.macchinetta del caffè o per i toast, al kit ago e filo per piccole riparazioni urgenti, aspirapolvere, anche l'acqua in frigo per chi viene da lontano insomma di tutto,mai trovato un appartamento così ben curato.davvero complimenti al proprietario il signor Giuseppe,persona gentilissima e sempre presente.p.s.l'appartamento è a 2 minuti a piedi dal porto, ottimo per chi deve imbarcarsi per le Eolie.

The unit was well-updated, clean, bright, and spacious. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent. Great location only a few blocks to the ferry port to the Aeolian islands in one direction, and only a few blocks to the beach in the other direction. Multiple supermarkets and bakeries within a 2-block radius and a vast array of restaurants nearby. The level of soundproofing in the windows and shutters was exceptionally good for blocking out street noise at night - an extremely important feature that is often overlooked by other apartments in central locations. The unit we had also appears to be accessible for the mobility-challenged, with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. Fantastic overall.

The apartment is fully equipped. The host was very friendly and he gave us a lot of useful advices. Excellent location for traveling to Aeolian islands plus a very convenient free parking.

Kind owner, nice apartment with full kitchen, nice balcony. Very close to the port, nice area.

I rarely give 10 points but here I'm happy to do so. The appartment is te parking space. Several bakeries, supermarkets and rhe ferry port are a few minutes away and also the waterfront promenade is in walking distance. The only slightly negative thing is that the train station is far away and if you arrive on the weekend you have to take a rather expensive (fix price 15 Euros) taxi. But that's a general problem and surely not in the tesponsibility of the very friendly owners of the appartment.
