Die Wohnung Ihrer Familie am Strand! Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt wird diese neu renovierte Wohnanlage zum ersten Mal von ihrem privaten Eigentümer dem Vermietungsmarkt angeboten. Sie finden eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Neue Arbeitsplatten aus Granit. Tonnenweise Platz für 8 Gäste mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. 1 Kingsize-Bett, 2 Queensize-Betten, 1 Doppelbett, 1 Futonbett, 2 Liegen, 2 Einzelbetten, ein Schlafsofa, eine Luftmatratze und Pack & Play. Erdgeschoss Einheit. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich verfügen über eine Veranda. Andere zwei Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf den Pool. Die Einheit ist die einzige Einheit in dem Komplex, die private WLAN-Netzwerke für die Wohnung und einen Pool hat. 50-Zoll-Fernseher in zwei Zimmern mit Kabelanschluss, Blu-ray / DVD-Player und Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix. Wii-Gaming-System für die Kinder auch in einem der Zimmer. Eine Waschküche hat eine große Waschmaschine / Trockner und Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung. Fabelhafte Betten und Bettwäsche sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ein ruhiger und schöner Pool / Whirlpool und Tennisplätze stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Sea Vista ist das südlichste Anwesen der Insel neben einem geschützten Meeresschutzgebiet und dennoch in der Nähe der besten Restaurants am südlichen Hafen. Angeln, Delfin- und Vogelbeobachtung sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist eine maximale Belegung von 8 Personen mit 2 Autos erlaubt. Kein Rauchen in der Einheit und keine Haustiere erlaubt. Keine Ausnahmen.

A wonderful time. Our condo had everything a family needs, even beach toys. Property's impeccable.Our host was great.

Great place to stay for a group of 7 with two kids. Beach was very close to unit and even during summer it wasn’t very busy. Nice amenities including pool, tennis courts and beach showers. Condo itself was a lil dated in some areas but had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfy !

Our family stayed the week of July 4th. The condo is close to the parking lot, so we didn’t have to walk far, and the pool it right at the front door. Everything was nice and clean, inside the condo and outside on the property. I liked that the condo is on the ground floor and didn’t have to go up any stairs carrying bulky or heavy items. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation here and would rent it again.

Very smooth and easy check in process. The condo is a stones throw away from the beach. Condo was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, lots of bath towels and beach towels. Great stay! Recommend and will be back for sure

The condo was well-furnished, clean and was a perfect size and location for a family vacation. All amenities were in good condition; we had lots of beach tools and towels. The hot tub was lovely and the welcoming bottle of wine was also a nice touch :-). I would definitely recommend this condo and would welcome an opportunity to return.

Clean and plenty of room. The bunk room was great for the four kids that were with us. Toys and boogie boards were a bonus. Loved the patio and grass area.

We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, and towels provided by our hosts. They made the trek back and forth from the beach that much easier. There was a mix-up on our entry code on the email, but maintenance was there to assist with the correct code and we were able to get in with no problem. Remember your bug spray when packing.... mosquitoes were crazy heading down to the beach area! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!
My family loves staying at the Sea Vista. This unit was great being on the bottom floor and very secluded. We did have an issue with the condo not being cleaned when we arrived, but we let the owner know. Overall, the stay was great!

Very nice condo and was very clean except for some bugs in guest bathroom and bedroom.
Beautiful and safe property. Staff all very nice and helpful. Wagon for beach toys etc. was missing but otherwise property very well supplied with needed items! We had fun except for our sunburns!!! Grandkids loved it! Pool nice and clean too!

EXCELLENT Location and Communication
WE LOVED IT! Everything was GREAT, besides a few minor inconveniences like no kitchen garbage bags or shampoo/conditioner. The kids loved the Wii and bunk beds. The location was amazing and the amenities were wonderful! Being able to have the pool and tennis court (rackets and balls in the unit!) right out the front door, and the ocean and sand just a short walk out the back door was AMAZING!! Communication with Eric was quick and helpful. The wiring is older and a bit challenging to figure out, but overall it was a FANTASTIC stay, and we will definitely be back! We are in love with this location! My 3yo didn't want to leave!
Oh, and for those who need it, I did notice a sand wheelchair outside one of the units! I'm not sure where it came from, but they are there!
Suggestions: The cheap beach umbrellas in the unit are mostly broken, but you can rent a nice umbrella and recliners at the beach for around $30/day! Totally worth it! AND bring flashlights to go watch the crabs at night on the beach! (Beware of a crab surprising you on the patio at night too!) SO fun!

Awesome Beach Condo
This is our second time staying at Eric's condo and we couldn't be happier. The condo is beautifully renovated, fully stocked with anything you would need, an excellent location and Eric's communication is great. Our families have been going to SPI every summer for 12 years now and I wish we had found this condo sooner. We will certainly be calling Eric's condo our new summer beach trip condo! I highly recommend this condo for your beach trip!

We really enjoyed staying here as a family of five. There were plenty of beds and great location on the beach. Even great location on the island to get around. The beach wasn’t busy there and the pool was nice also. Would definitely stay here again!!

Best Condo in SPI!
I travel a lot and do plenty of research before I look to book a property. This Condo is the best in SPI, location is perfect. You don’t have to bring anything! Everything is provided for you. Chairs, beach towels, toys for kids, umbrellas, wagon to take everything out. Always in great communication with Eric. Condo is very spacious and beautiful inside. We were 3 adults and 4 small boys and had plenty of room. Love the easy access to the beach and also swimming pool and tennis court with basketball court just right outside your door. Always felt very safe in the gated private complex. Easy check in process. Loved our stay so much, we are already booking the same property to return in two weeks! Kitchen has everything you need. All the great reviews are accurate. Grill right outside to cook also. Washer and dryer helped also. Don’t hesitate to book this property! Love the ground floor also if you have kids. Shower right outside to rinse the sand off before you come in. Can’t say enough good things about Eric and this condo. Can’t wait to come again!

Great time right at the beach
We had ärgerst time on this right at the beach condo. Everything was there...including provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for our boys. Also the Pool ist just one step out of the condo. A card and a bottle of wine welcomed us. Thanks for a great time !

Memorable Vacation
Took our 4 grandkids (ages 10-16)first time to SPI, we absolutely loved it, had a blast! Definitely recommend this unit.

Great Family Rendezvous
The condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. We had room for 5 adults and a four year old. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Easy beach access. Beach wagon was an added bonus for hauling to the beach .We will stay here again!
