Location is great, room is large enough & silent. Carlo was very helpful but doesn’t speak much English. And if u wanna stay longer, you can cook in the room’s kitchen.

Balcony door can be opened from outside. They need to find immediate solution. Area near the train station is weird but efficient for train station and airport. the bed is really soft. Pay attention, the bed and bathroom is on the mezzanine, there are 8-10 steps

our room had mould in it and we had to be moved. dead pigeons outside the window. the breakfast isn’t a breakfast, you have an option of two pastries and a coffee. nothing else. they charge additional for use of the ‘hot tub’ but it is very outdated and rubbish. The entire place was really outdated

Close to train station. The room was very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful in giving advice on places to visit and directions to the sites.

No one answered the door when we arrived to check in, although someone was inside cleaning. We had to wait several minutes for someone to reply to my attempts to contact the hotel staff. When someone did appear, things went smoothly.

The room was clean, staff were friendly, close to a main train station.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews, especially when the staff are nice and trying to make a living, but this was rated 8.9 here and that is not really reflecting of the place in general. The building where the B&B was in, is very dirty, the view out the window was on a grim courtyard, there were some faulty electrics and uncovered plugs. The street itself is rundown even by Naples standards.

The place itself is budget friendly, and could be a decent arrangement for young travellers who need a night's stay close to Garibaldi on a budget. Room is quite large.

The pictures that were shown at the time of booking were the well lit ones, which were apparently from quite some time ago. (I suspect from at least 6 years ago- as the place itself prides in receiving a booking rating of 8.9 in 2017.) The place itself is far from being as well lit as shown in the original pictures, and we noticed retrospectively after checking in- that the newly updated pictures (with jacuzzis and the blue lighting) were uploaded only days prior to our arrival- after we booked this place in advanced. Even then, the place itself looks quite different than the pictures. The area this place is in is extremely dodgy, the lobby of the apartment building was not well maintained at all- and my wife and I relegated to staying in the room before sundown as we did not feel safe walking around at night. Also- unlike advertized on booking- the owner and employees we encountered did not speak a word of english whatsoever, and we had to resort to using google translate to try and communicate with them. Kind of feels like being catfished.

Overall such a great b&b. Literally 20 mins from the airport. Alibus will leave you at Garabaldi and then you walk for 5 mins. When we would come back from our daya of tourism our rooms had been cleanen up which was a bonus. The room we was in we could hardly hear the busy streets outside. Carlos gave us a map which pinpointed all the attractions which was great to get around. There is very nice coffee shop to the left as you leave the building, this was our first stop every morning.. You are literally a 5 min walk from the historic centre and some streets where they have have great shops to do some retail therapy.

So when you place the address on Google it will not give you the correct location. It will take you to the main road but you have to look closely the numbers. The building is located on the right hand side just before the betting shop. You will then see the intercom and it is on the 3rd floor. Also do not be taken back by the surrounding area we found that Naples is very under rated but once you get to enjoy the history and food it will be all forgotten.

Nice place, great for friends near the Naples train station and close to all biggest attractions in the city. Friendly host, comfort beds, good air conditioning.

The breakfast we got was packed croissants from the store and the coffee capsules for the coffee machine that didn't work until we cleaned it. There was dust on the stairs.

Quite nice room. Breakfast was sufficient. The cleaning lady came every day, even when we were out. The bsthroom had clean towels every day. Only one blanket. AC unit worked very well but because the bedroom is on 2nd floor it blows right in the bed.

The neighbourhood is creepy at night and leaving and entering a building black people try to get in before door closes. Constantly swarming around tourists when exiting the building. Definently recommend having some sort of self defence equipment. Wear your bag on your stomach!

Very friendly and helpful owner, super comfortable bed, clean and tidy room. We recommend the place.

The pigeons outside the window were quite noisy some mornings :)

Convenient location near main train station, still walkable to main tourist sites. Nice, big apartment with great AC.

No knife (besides one butter knife), no cutting board or dish soap.
