The location and facility
The check in process was not friendly as I have to wait for 1.5 hours. And I have to pay rm50 first to unlock the access card before it got returned by the person in charge. The card should have been checked by the incharge first.

to be honest it is the worst homestay ever! stay many places before but this was the worst. the view is nice and place is nice but the service was so bad. once they get your money, they don't care about you anymore. all they care was money and don't care about the guests. i called for 2 hours, chat them but no one answered. waisted 2 hours to reach to them for check in because no instructions were given. called almost 20 times and no one answered, thought i was scam. the worst part is they didn't even apologise and just said that they were buzy. such bad service. request to check out 2 hours late since they make us check in 2 hours late trying to call them and nobody answered but they say they can't do that. don't stay at this place or other place that have same management, not even worth it. Only care about money and won't care about you. once they get your money they don't even bother to give you instructions or contact you or what so ever. you need to find them yourself but when call and chat nobody answers and no apologise were given. such bad bad experience.

After i booked&pay, the owner text to me separately ask for RM200 deposit or else will not tell me how to get key.
Then after pay RM200, I receive the instruction and inform no towel facilities and I need go and buy myself.
Promise to return the deposit on the sameday before 6pm After we checkout. But this is not happen.
All this thing should be written upfront and not force to give additional deposit!!!
What if the owner request 500 and I don't have cash? Then If I cancel the booking then no refund. This is truly cheating.
Really not understand why booking.com allowed such thing happen.
Very very disappointed. Booking management, u can verified all my word by checking ur sms log. He texted me through ur app message. RUBISH !!!!

Swimming Pool and Gym was closed. Although I would have used it for a while. There are many bars in the lobby floor. May be due to that you could hear music sound or beats till late night. Don't expect you will see same new interior. Don't go with the photos uploaded here

Self-check-in & need not have to meet host😃👍 It has about 10 meter ceiling height with full paranomic views looking over its beautiful & stunning seaview & city view🥰❣️ We spent our 2 lovely & relaxing nights there enjoying the views, drinking & watching TV show. The place is very clean & neat. There are Family Mart, 7eleven, bistro just right below the building, and Penang Time Square & malls are just within a short distance.

Good location. It is near to many attractions. The owner was helpful and the house was cosy and clean. They even prepared extra mattresses.
Would be nice if towels are provided though the owner did inform beforehand.
