Where do I start? The property is stunning, en-suite facilities in all rooms, spacious living room / kitchen. Family friendly, with baby gates provided if needed. Located in a quiet spot with stunning views less than 30 seconds walk. Would definitely come back and cannot wait to do so! Felt really at home and comfortable.

Nice that the property was on 2 floors and the bottom floor had a small garden area (aswell as the top floor).

Hugely accommodating allowed us last minute to add extras such as dogs and allowed us to drop our bags off at noon even though check in wasn't until 3pm

There were feathered duvets on the beds and no info about this when booking. Would have been better if duvets had been hypo allergenic for those with allergies like myself

This was a delightful surprise. The photos/description doesn't do it justice. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom, upstairs is an additional separate toilet. This was perfect for older kids that needed a break and space from each other. It was great help having washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen with everything we needed, and living area spacey to spread out. Lots of notes in the house explaining things and clarifying expectations ie cleaning. The lovely owner was very friendly and helpful via messages. We would definitely stay here again.
The notes could be perceived as a little much but most of it was common sense and nothing over the top for us. Some guests may need that clear guidance on expectations to keep everything in order.

The living space was huge, for all of us. The dogs loved running around. The bedrooms were brilliant and each had their own bathroom which was incredible! The family who run it are brilliant. I will be back.

Easy access to property. Good communication with host prior to stay. Property has amazing facilities and views of nearby beach. Comfortable beds and ensuites in every bedroom very convenient. Property clean and facilities good. Only downfall was the parking for extra cars in hotel wasn't available so had to find street parking near by for 2nd car.

Stairs creaked loud, lamps not working in back bedroom and no toilet roll holders or towel holders had to pay for second car to park

Nice size property with some outside seating spaces and lovely friendly beach, hotel and bar within 30 seconds walk.
Notes, but the owners were great dealing with feedback and rectifying any issues.

The house is big and spacious, very close to the beach, walking trails and stores.
The floors in the living room and bathrooms were sandy and not clean. Grill was old and dirty and we couldn’t use it.

The apartment was great. In particular, the spacious area with an open kitchen, dining room and living room was really great. Also the proximity to the sea. In addition, the telephone contact with the host was nice and easy.
What I definitely didn't like was the communication regarding the deposit. It was surprising to me that £250 had to be transferred via Paypal in advance. I didn't have paypal and had to ask a friend to do it. In hindsight, I read that it was in the fine print somewhere. But at least not with the prices during the booking process. The reimbursement was made after a few days...on request. That can also go faster. Apart from that, everything worked out and it's a nice place to stay, which I can recommend. Thanks for that!

The property is very well located with easy access to beach. It is well maintained and a very cozy house with blue and white tones furniture and accessories giving you a refreshing feeling of being close to beach.

Mobile signal was bad. Not sure whether it is only during our stay or it’s a problem at the location.

The location was fantastic and the house was very clean and homely with plenty of cupboard space and utensils such as pans, plates, glasses etc. Plenty of hot water and the house itself was cosy. Great to have en-suites especially with 4 of us.
We couldn't open the key box, but fortunately the French windows were open. I thought the charge for the extra car not really necessary.
