لاشي فقط هناك رائحة بالفراش اتمنى الاهتمام بالنظافة اكثر

Ideal location for top attractions, easy for metro and to get taxis. Lovely spacious 2 bedroom suite without paying a lot of money. Staff helpful and work hard. Great choice at breakfast.

Rooms were a little warn in places, paint flaking and air conditioning dripping. Things in room not replaced, water, towels unless asked. Shaded pool, no sun due to other buildings close by.

Валет паркинг ужасен и не удобен в использовании! Номера очень старые и требуют ремонта, так же как и санузел! Розетки в номере частично не работали!

The staff was extremely helpful , especially the duty manager Mr Umer Abbasi who rectified some issues i had with the room straight away. The staff made me feel so comfortable i decided to extend my stay in same hotel

Thanks a lot for the staff and their hospitality. The check-in process was fine. I would like to thank Ms.Mariam from the reception for her professional attitude and the lovely way she treated my family with. For sure, offering a free upgrade was so kind from her and made my family's stay more fruitful and made them feel more welcomed. The hotel is very close to the train station with nearby facilities. The room is so clean.

There was an issue regardimg registering the guests' name as I didn't know that Booking.com policy is that if I made the booking for my family under my name, they couldn't check in without me, but this issue was solved through booking.com and the property customer service and every thing went smooth after that. The apartments are not that nice as the rooms, but we got a free upgrade that was great. I prefer to book a room rather than appartmemt if you don't need the kitchen.

Room on SZ road side and we could hear the traffic all night from the 36th floor. Windows are not good! No one came to clean the room!

الانترنت سئ جدٱجدٱ والأثاث سئ وبعض افياش الكهرب تطلع صوت والاضاءه سيٱه وتكييف وخدمة مغسلت الملابسه سعرها عالي جدٱ جدٱ وتٱخير في الدخول لشقه بعد الوصول

We kregen een mooie kamer met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers

Er waren veel dingen kapot. Toen we aankwamen stond er maar 1 stoel op het balkon, de tafel die er stond was echt kapot. Verder waren beide douches niet goed. Het water stroomde van het bad op de grond en bij de andere douche was de constructie niet goed waardoor het water niet weg kon dus je altijd een plas water had. Verder als tip: als je pint en je moet kiezen tussen aed en euro kies dan voor aed. Dat scheelt 10%. Wij hadden de kamer betaalt en op euro geklikt waardoor de prijs €90 duurder was. Geklaagd hierover maar konden ze niks aan doen. Echt heel erg balen want het is al allemaal duur zat

Es ist sehr zentral und das Apartment war super groß und bequem. Man hat eine gute Aussicht. Der Preis ist außerdem unschlagbar.

Eine Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich zum Check-in und sie schien nicht wirklich ehrlich zu uns da Sie für einen früheren Check-In einen Preis nannte den wir bezahlen sollten und als wir den ablehnten ist sie immer weiter mit dem Preis runtergegangen als könnte man diesen verhandeln. Außerdem war es zu Beginn nicht sehr clean. Der Boden und die Oberflächen waren etwas unsauber. Es ist zwar nochmal jemand gekommen um nachzusäubern jedoch war das nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Wir mussten dann selber nochmal Hand anlegen um uns wohlzufühlen.

Poor house keeping We stayed in a good suite but house keeping is inconsistent Room not cleaned properly neither stocked We have to keep calling for simple things like coffee cups etc Breakfast we have paid upfront but mess up .

Very big space With nice looking room And nice vie on Shaikh zayed road Also the duty manager “Umer” did us a greet service. Also the Egyptian lady on reception marina her name helped us last time

The room was spacious and had several pieces of furniture to make long term stay comfortable.

The furniture and fixtures are outdated. The room could use a face-lift for the price.

Ресепшен Назире спасибо за помощь в заселении, отдельное спасибо Алсу, помогла нам при выселении с отеля. Удобное расположение отеля прям возле метро, номера были просторные, убирались каждый день.

Мебель была старая в номере диван-кресло, не было тапочек, халата в ванной комнате.

위치는 월드 트레이드 센터로부터 약 30분 거리입니다. 부르즈 칼리파와 해변에 가까워 비즈니스와 관광, 그 둘을 만족할 수 있는 숙박 시설입니다. 조식은 다양하고 야외에서 식사가 가능합니다. 수압과 온수가 굉장합니다. 실내 공간이 매우 넓습니다. 두바이 인터넷 시티 역 바로 앞에 있어 이동이 편리합니다.

체크인, 체크아웃 등의 과정에 많은 시간이 소요되었습니다. 방 청소 상태가 불량하지 않지만, 만족스럽지는 않았습니다.

Close to the metro. Good size suite. We got complimentary water everyday. Pool area and gym were OK.

A lot. I do not understand the ratings on here. Definitely not worth 4 stars. Room was not ready on arrival. Check-in was at 2, the room wasn't ready until 4. We got an upgrade but the city view comes with a lot of noise which makes it hard to get sleep. The check-in personnel was not friendly at all. Breakfast area is always crowded, many rude guests (food choices were OK though). Always lines at the elevator. Everything at the hotel is dated and could use some renovation. On several days we only had one towel because they didn't replace them. Rooms are very basic and could use some decoration. Carpets were dirty. Mold in the shower. No lotion or q-tips available. I've never experienced a check-out that took that long. Next time I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Dirty kitchen all in flakes, greasy locker handles, an old gas stove, which did not work at the time of check-in; after contacting the reception, the technician turned on the gas and turned off the air conditioning, which was turned on at 18 degrees and the room was terribly cold, but after the technician arrived, the gas stove still worked poorly. Regarding the air conditioner, it was said that it does not work for heating, so I had to leave the balcony open so that the room would somehow warm up, but with the balcony door open, you could hear all the noise from the street, plus the balcony overlooked the backyard where some radiators were making noise. Every time after the room was cleaned, they took away my water bottle and did not bring me a new one, I had to call every day and ask them to bring me water. Stains on the curtains, torn lamps. There is no hair shampoo, it was said that I can use the product for the body and hands, that it is all in one. Before checking in, they took a deposit of 500 dirhams, which was not mentioned when booking.

Die Zimmer waren mit 2 Schlafzimmern sehr geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht war toll.

Beim Check-Out wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir warten müssten bis der Room-Service das Zimmer abgenommen hätte.
