The location was right in the middle of Valkenburg. The restaurant and the breakfast are great. The staff is really friendly, helpful and does its best to satisfy your needs. The rooms are not the most modern once but clean and ok.

The breakfast and the staff. Valkenburg is close to Maastricht. The hotel is in the middle of Valkenburg and you will find many nice places to have dinner or some drinks just around the corner.

Kind staff, willing to serve breakfast at bit earlier so we could start out on time for our race; redecorated rooms, cleverly made use of the not-so-big room; some parts of the building are a bit older, but the staff are working to upgrade it all

The bed was very bad. The cupboard doors were broken, Not enough toilet paper, The shower was rusty and dirty The room was very cold when we arrived The heater was very small so it took a long time to heat the room up.

The breakfast is awesome and the staff is so nice. The location is perfect, you can see the entrance of the Christmas market from the window

When you shower there is water everywhere because of the curtain of the shower.

Excellent Location in the centre of town, Beds were comfy and staff are friendly yet professional. Room was warm and cosy and the Christmas market was just a few mins walk away

My mother has limited mobility and did struggle with the few steps
