Já nos hospedamos diversas vezes no Carimã e sempre gostamos. Ótima localização, quartos limpos, espaçosos, funcionários educados e prestativos.

Por ser feriado o hotel estava cheio e o café da manhã um pouco tumultuado com falta de mesas, chegaram a abrir o outro espaço porém só no domigo.

Hotel enorme, bem localizado, excelente café da manhã e ótima comida e bebida servidos nos restaurantes. A internet funciona em todo o hotel.

Música alta das 10h às 22h na área da piscina, dando para ouvir do quarto. Além disso, no restaurante que serve café da manhã também tem música alta desde 6h30. A música alta durante muitas horas incomodou um pouco.

CAFE DA MANHA excelente, atendendo os gostos de publicos nacionais e estrangeiros. Piscinas grandes e com areas para bebes, crianças e adultos. Cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras excelente, com excelentes toldos. 2 Jacuzzis muito boas, pavoes passeando. Recepçao otima, Areas de lazer otimas.

Nao ter placas indicativas de cada local e das atratividades. Falta cobertura para os veiculos no estacionamento, poderiam plantar amendoeiras ou colocar aqueles toldos (comuns em supermercados). Horario da academia, que deveria ser mais ampla, abrindo, por exemplo as 6 horas.

Quando cheguei no quarto não estava limpo, tinha uma escada e ferramentas aí funcionário tirou a escada mais não vieram limpar a sujeira da manutenção Jacuzzi não é trocada água, então estava com cheiro ruim! E os horários de funcionar piscina e bar fechar muito cedo!

super modern international resort with most of the facilities you would expect. Paulo on the tour desk was very helpful in organising me an English speaking tour driver to take me to Paraguay.

if coming from Puerto Iguazu Argentina by bus you will likely have to walk 1.2 km from the border to the hotel as the border taxis aren’t interested in a small fare. The water pressure and water heating was terrible. I suspect the property didn’t design it well. At $90 USD a night I don’t expect a lukewarm dribble for a shower. also the restaurant was a brightly lit buffet really suited to families or conventions - not ambient at all.

The hotel is spacious. We were able to leave our rented car parked easily. Good breakfast.

The walls are thin and you can hear all the doors slamming and people talk in the room corridor. It’s pretty bad.

The location was good being close to the Argentina Brazil border, which you will need to cross a couple of times if going to the Iguazu Falls and IGR airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner (we had the half board option) was very goid and had a lot of choices. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool area. Love the peacocks and babies! The staff are helpful and friendly and understood some English. The gift store is small but nice and very reasonable. They do have a tour desk if you need it.

The rooms facing the pool can get very noisy especially on weekend evenings and also the rooms can get very hot. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the rooms although it does have an AC and the room will eventually cool down.. A table in the room along with a second chair would have been nice, especially since there is ample space. Complimentary bottle water (at least one bottle per guest per day) would also have been good. The water in the fridge (bottled, which you have to pay for) tasted fishy once it was no longer cold, so we ended up buying water from elsewhere. The hotel is very spread out so there is a lot of walking to get from one place to another. For us it was fine, but may bother others. The corridors to the rooms can get quite warm too.

- nice room with a lot of space - staff was nice and polite, Claudia in the reception was the best! she helped us with everything since she was the only one speaking english - nice massage service

- food was mediocre both in the breakfast and the dinner buffet, as well as in the alla cart option. unfortunately we did not have any other dinning options nearby, so we had to eat at the hotel. sometimes it even felt that food was not fresh (like cooked 2 days ago). - The staff in general does not speak english (apart from some exceptions) it is ok not having 100% english speaking staff. But at least there must be 1 person speaking english in the whole hotel in every shift! one morning we where in a hurry and we wanted to ask something urgent, there was no one speaking english nor at the reception, nor at the tour guide desk, nor at the bar, nor at the restaurant! no one! (unfortunately Claudia was not there at that time)
