Location direct in the center of Palma was top, Cleanness and the Equipment/Set-up of the apartment also fine

In the photos it looks like the garage is right next to the entrance, but the parking is in a neighboring parking garage. Unfortunately, this info did not reach me by mail and therefore we drove with the rental car to the address, which unfortunately has been forbidden and despite the very displeased host, he has organized us an exception confirmation for this access, nevertheless, the manner of the on-site communication with the host was rather unfriendly.

the property was very stylish, comfortable , great bed linen and the location was amazing. the host let us in a bit early which was very helpful.

there was nothing not to like but on our final day we were interrupted at 830am by the owner as work had been planned on the heating/cooling unit. which was fine as we were about to go out but it would have been good to know as it felt as if we had to leave hours before our actual check out time

Difficult to locate the apartment from within the parking complex even though they are physically close together. Please provide a simple map. Bed was small and very bouncy. Shower ran out of hot water too quickly. Induction stove is great but the large frypan does not work on an induction stove.

Very lovely apartment in a good location. Has everything you need for a short or long stay and good wifi to work from and aircon. The communication with the hosts and key pickup was really easy and they recommended places for covid testing and luggage storage, thanks! The space is really comfortable and sometimes you can even enjoy a glass of wine in your apartment listening to the music coming from the outside square, really lovely and apart from one incident below I really enjoyed staying there!

The apartment entrance and bedroom is on the ground floor and I felt like it could benefit from an extra lock for security (it has one good one already but...), on one night there were people hanging out right in front of the door smoking and drinking and talking loudly, literally sitting in front of the door. While I understand this is not the host's fault, I would feel much better being able to lock it with a chain or extra bolt, I wasn't sure whether these people were knocking or just sitting there making noise and touching the door and it made me very uncomfortable as I don't speak Spanish and was travelling alone and it was the middle of the night.

It is a beautiful large apartment located in a quiet street of the historic old town of Palma. It is close to nice restaurants, small art galleries and not far from the beach. The check-in was super easy and the host is very friendly.

For the price that we paid per night, we would have expected them to offer shampoo, coffee,... some small extras that make a guest happier. The TV is a bit too small. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. However, we couldn't use the pan, I believe it is not an induction-compatible one.

Flexible check-in and check-out. Our contact was really helpful and arranged for us that we could drive in the street where the flat is located - otherwise we would have receive a huge fee. Nice flat and very good location!

The kitchen equipment is not the best and some useful items are missing but it is not a problem if you stay only for a few days.

- parking space is a few minutes walking distance but it’s great it’s included in the price!

The experience did not meet my expectations 100%, but I did enjoy my stay in Santa Creu apartment and I can recommend it for those who wish to stay in Palma center, in very centric location, but appreciate a quiet place to stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location for the main shopping areas. Very comfortable, light and spacious living room overlooking a lively (but not noisy) square. Quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed and lovely en-suite.

Our only comment is that there is no dishwasher, but all the rest of the facilities are good quality.
