staff was really nice. spacious and comfortable. very good for those who travel with family. beds are so comfortable.

hard to get a taxi plus, stairs is not for me especially when i am travelling with a toddler and senior citizen.

The owner is very accommodating and readily responds to querries..however the staff does not readily answer calls and text messages. The water in the shower needs more pressure.

The kitchen sink has a hole and so the water was flowing directly to the floor. Caretaker did not visit us at all during the stay. For 2 nights of staying the garbage stayed as well in the room. No toiletries were given. You are literally renting the room itself. That's it. No service at all. No lifts and our room was on 3rd floor. Nobody informed us that there is construction beside our room until midnight. The information was not provided upon making the booking.

First time to visit Baguio. The location was bit difficult to find as not all locals knew the exact address. We drove around and been asking someone to give us a proper information as google can't give us the right direction. The person we contacted in the place also took time for us to response. We've been calling many times but not able to answer our calls. The interior of the house was refreshing, once you get inside you felt like you are in Europe as the design was very much looked like in Austria -a European style which was totally different ambiance or views compared to outside.

Would recommend to change the name- Affordable baguio name into a much easier one that tourists can easily locate the area.The house is quite good but it was a bit disappointing as we experience twice without a water running into the tap all over the house .The water problem was stopping our activity and cancelling our plans as we cannot go out the house without shower or even just washing our faces and brushed our teeth. And added my disappointment very early in the morning as I was in shower when suddenly that water went out.The house is still under construction and the workers were also noisy as they started around 6 am with a very loud music on also.
