Big rooms; lovely, friendly host; wonderful breakfast; amazing outdoor area with a heated pool. Location is great in a small French village with a good restaurant and local shops. Close enough to Calais and easy to reach beaches.

Everything! The rroms were comfortabke and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fabulous with so much available. The host was friendly, interested and recommended a local event which we attended and very much enjoyed.

The hosts were fantastic and we recieved a friendly welcome. My three sons enjoyed the heated outside pool after a long car journey. The rooms were clean, modern and air conditioned, which was appreciated as we stayed on a hot summers day. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety on offer.

Excellent breakfast and very good accommodation which fitted our needs for a diverse family group. The owner allowed us to use the pool even though it was at the end of the season and was very helpful throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed.

Not much to mention. Maybe have some beers for sale in the otherwise well stocked bar. It would be useful to state that this is the first property in the road as otherwise it was not so easy to find.

We absolutely loved our stay, the room was huge, the beds extremely comfortable, everything was spotless and the host was very welcoming. The breakfast was one of the best on our whole three week trip! We would definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area! Superb!

A lovely apartment with everything we needed for a stopover on the way south. The children loved the pool and the breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great family room. Stunning pool and lovely and warm for children. Greeted with a gin fizz which was very welcome after 10 hours driving. Fantastic breakfast, even accommodating my gluten free requirements. Local restaurant excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again - 10mins off the motorway and 40mins to Eurotunnel. Perfect location.

Host family were incredibly helpful, welcoming and kind despite the language barrier. Great space in the loft room and nice little pool. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The stairs weren’t ideal with a toddler but otherwise couldn’t fault it.

what a wonderful find. We were welcomed with drinks around the pool. our reservation for the local restaurant was kindly altered for us so we could enjoy the pool and relax for a little longer. The rooms were lovely and large. breakfast was perfect, freshly squeezed orange, crapes, baguette and much more. we enjoyed the animals. I enjoyed practicing my French and she was very patient with me. Great distance from the euro tunnel, 30mins.

Tatiana is an outstanding host. She gave us a warm welcome despite our early arrival, recommended and booked us a local restaurant, and served us a nice aperitif by the pool. This is a great location for quick access to the Eurotunnel (only 35 mins away).

The location is very quite - absolutely no noise from outside (cars). The beds are very spacious and great to sleep in! There are even shutters on the windows to make the room dark. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. And really extensive - fresh juice, cheese, and for the lovers: 5 different "special" cacao variants! Wonderful! Bathroom: cosy but very comfortable, lots of SOFT and LARGE towels! Coffee & Tea & couple of water bottles in the room. TV was present, but we don't need that during holidays ;-) The room we had (garden view) has top level "kid" beds: you sleep apart but still together: handy with "not too large" kids (see picture) Last but not least: the host (Tatiana) knows the region very well, can give lots of advice on where to go to, where to lunch/dine and so on - thanks for the great welcome! All in all, a nice 11 out of 10 for this B&B!

If we do need to write something negative: we couldn't use the pool because of 5°C temperature outside ;-)

What a wonderful gite and host. The room was spacious, comfortable and great value for money. The host was warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, varied and well-presented. All with the added bonus of a beautiful garden, a menagerie of animals and a fascinating collection of art and sculpture from Tatiana’s travels.

We had a great stay at the Tatiana Buirette. We were staying over on our way back home after a holiday in France and it is an ideal stop for the first or last night of your holiday as only 30 minutes' drive from the tunnel and ferry port. The owner, Tatiana, is very helpful and friendly and the accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is a real bonus and it was lovely to see all the animals around the house. Breakfast was delicious. The town of Samer is quiet but there were still a few places to eat.

Everything was perfect

This place is amazing, it is well equipped with lots of space, a lovely bathroom with huge shower, many beds, fridge, coffee machine, TVs, DVD players and a library of films. The hosts made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was first class, our children loved seeing all the resident animals. I would definitely come back and stay again - ideal as a stopping point less than an hour away from Calais. Loved it.

The beautiful exposed beams in the room are low in places, and the stairs to reach the room are a little steep/narrow so if you are exceptionally tall or immobile this might be an issue, but for us it just added to the character and individuality of the place.

The property is very comfortable and clean, the host is charming and very welcoming. Tasty breakfast and good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay, this is a great family-run B&B, we may definitely recommend it if you plan to explore the area or just stay overnight.
