Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile nell'appartamento di Stefania. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal mare cristallino e dal cuore pulsante di Ortigia. L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Stefania è un'oste eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronta a fornire consigli utili per scoprire le meraviglie di Siracusa. La sua gentilezza e ospitalità hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica ad Ortigia.

Great place in the heart of isola di ortigia. Well equiped. Very spacious and clean. Easy self check in. Excellent communication with our host who was very kind and recommended us private transfer from Catania airport
Maybe because it was at the end of the season but several improvments/replacements would be welcomed

Beautiful location, on one of the main streets of ortigia, 5 mins away from parking options.
Spacious apartment with all the facilities you could need. High ceilings, big lounge, lots of storage space and double bathrooms made it a luxurious stay in the heart of Ortigia!
Nothing we disliked, just due to the bad weather we experienced, an umbrella for guests would've been amazing but no complaints at all!

The loft
To pay in cash the tourist tax. You need to pay appropriaty in the end. So when you do not have cash you have to go to a money machine and change it into small money at a candy shop.
The cleaners can come in any time by mistake even if you walk naked through the house

Excellent location and spacious comfortable apartment. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and quickly replaced the broken hairdryer
Not enough cutlery, 2 forks for 3 people or mugs just 3. Considering the apartment can sleep up to 6 people not enough basics. Also not a large enough kitchen bin to get rid of waste. It would help to have a hand towel in the bathroom without having to use one of the guest towels. Also providing a kettle would be great

Really nice location in the heart of Ortiga. Just need to park outside of the oldtown (nearest paid parking lot is just 5 mins walking distance). The apartment self is really nice with all necessary equiments.

Very well setup, every thing you need and extremely central, a number of good restaurants and bars in the area and less than 5 minutes to the central piazza. Very good communication too.
Hard to find parking, recommend Talete parking which is about 10 mins away. Reputedly closer parking but we couldn’t find and circled the island twice trying!

the location is amazing, right in the heart of old Ortega, but amazingly quiet once inside. The modern light airy interior is great. Good facilities and the owner Samu responded to queries immediately.
2 keys would have helped as we didn’t always go round as a three. No clothes washing liquid provided even though there was a machine.

A fantastic location right in the heart of Ortigia. Able to step out into a wealth of restaurants, shops sights. In the heat of summer it was a brilliant to pop back to the air conditioned comfort of the apartment.

Great location on the Via Cavour. Spacious, quiet and the downstairs was cool. Useful to have a washing machine.
The open plan upstairs sleeping area was hard to keep cool - although the fan on high kept it tolerable. No one there to meet us when we arrived, despite us giving a 1 hour time slot as requested, although someone did turn up within about 10-15 minutes when we rang.

great location right in the middle of the old town.
there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that comes from the pipes I guess. some shampoos for the guest would have been a pleasant little attention. a few things need to be fixed (I mentioned them to the charming gentleman who welcomed us). staff is very friendly and helpful.

We returned to this same property after staying here 3 years ago. The design of the apartment, the perfect location and the amenities all make for a wonderful stay. The washing machine is a great amenity to have after being on the road for quite a while. Dealing with the host was pleasant.
There was some noise from construction next door but that is no fault of the owner. There is one set of stairs to climb so consider that if you have mobility issues. It wasn’t an issue for us and we are older.

This is an amazing apartment! A superb location just off the Cathedral Square and a gem as soon as you step inside. Beautifully designed and furnished, it is a great base for exploring the many wonderful historical sites of Siracusa. Samuele an excellent and helpful contact.

The heaters at first didn't work until we found the filters so blocked that once we cleaned and washed all the filters they would work. So some basic maintenance was needed

The funky architectural design, art, lighting and glass bridge walkway. Fantastic location. Probably not ideal for very young children.

The appartement is really amazing. Very well design, confortable, easy to use. We could not find better place to stay. In the heart of the old city and near à parking for the car. We did everthing by walk. It was Great. We enjoyed it.
When the weither is hot the mezzanine is really hot.
At 6 persons there was not enough sound isolation.

Stunning cool loft in the heart of Syrakus.
In winter season it is a bit cold and the loft is hard to heat up as there is no floor heating
If you like daylight and view u should not choose it.
