The hotel was very clean and the service was great.

we had a problem with the balcony door and a flood in the bathroom.

the villa is very beautiful and the staff were amazingly helpful. The pool and outside space was perfect. The room was delightful.

It is a shame that at this time there was no possibility of getting food or drink after 20:00. we had to arrange a bottle of wine to the room, which was lovely, but a bar after 20:00 would have been better.

A truly wonderful family run hotel - a tranquil oasis in the middle of the Cap d'Antibes. Lovely pool, beautiful, well-maintained gardens, very comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. The staff were fabulous, really helpful with any requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was kept scrupulously clean. It was really close to the beach so very easy to nip down for a sea swim which was especially enjoyable first thing in the morning.

its a huge wow. we couldn’t fault one thing. we where only staying 2 nights we extended to 3, it would have been longer but they where full. Th room was beautiful and clean with great air con. It was quiet. The pool was cleaned regularly and was heated. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel manager Valentina was brilliant and organised golf carts and dinners in restaurants, nothing was too much trouble. The nearest beach is a short 5 min walk and Juan le pin is approximately 20 min walk. will be definitely be going back.

It is located in a beautiful garden on Cap dAntibes with very good breakfast.

This location is unsafe! During my last night while I was sleeping someone must have been in my room taking my jewellery and my cash. Thanks god I did not wake up as it might have even be far more dangerous for me catching the thieves. Nevertheless I am shocked since then that people can come into my room without damaging the door. This seems to me that they must have had access to my room. The owner of the hotel was not interested at all into this burglary. He did not even asked me, what has happened nor apologised for what has happened to me. He did not inform the police although the same happened to other guests during this night. I did inform the police by myself. The owner promised to send me his insurance for taking over my damage, but this did not happen neither.

A little haven behind gates. calm and tranquil, immacutaley kept. Great facilities, lovely pool and great bikes which were fabulous to get out and about on.

Location was perfect. Hosts were so welcoming and provided amazing breakfast every morning. They had excellent recommendations for us for dining and sight seeing. Their hospitality added so much to our overall experience!

Too far out you need a car. There was no staff at the property between 8-8. It’s not really a hotel just a reception with a bit of breakfast.

Everything. A lovely, small but beautiful hotel where we were given a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our two days there. We were given recommendations for restaurants on both evenings - both outstanding, thank you. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms quite simple but very comfortable indeed with everything we needed. More than anything Villa Fabulite was a haven of tranquility and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you.
