We have stayed at this hotel many times The location is terrific as not even a stones throw from the square with a couple of bars serving tapas and drinks. The room is a reasonable size, comfortable with a terrace to sit outside. The shower in the Bathroom is superb. My advice would be if you have not stayed at the hotel before and arriving by car is to park first, in one of the carparks and find the hotel, then go back for your luggage. Any of the parking areas are only 4-5 minute stroll to the Hotel but this will save you pulling your suitcase along the streets as you try to find the hotel entrance for the first time.

Of all the times we have stayed we have never found the staff/owners to be particularly welcoming, not unfriendly but quite abrupt. More Doctors receptionist than your usual typical hotel owner. If you need information about the hotel or the area your Spanish needs to be up to scratch. If it isn't the local tourist office is probably your best bet. That said, the hotel is lovely, the location could not be better and I know we will be back next year.

The bedrooms in the back are quiet and the Hotel is literally in a super busy area. The breakfast was really good.

The elevator is the slowest I have ever used in my life. But oh well, it's an old building so it's not really their fault. Also I would recommend the personnel to remind hosts to close the bedroom door with a key, because the door closes automatically but it doesn't lock and they don't tell you that.

Very nice and lovely place with friendly staff. Very tasty dinner. Place for breakfast on the roof with amazing view. Thanks for offering gluten free breakfast and bread!

We had room with window to the main street, means to sleep with air condition (even the air was nice outside - the street was very aloud whole night). But it was clear due to location of the hotel.

Very quiet, comfortable hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa was very relaxing and a plus.

Being in a pedestrian street access with baggage was difficult. Very hard pillows.

Not enough food to be satisfied the service left you discouraged when ordering extra when a breakfast was promised 😒

Different room that was reserved by website given Terrible mattress no sleep ! Noise from street thru out night . Electrical issues towel warmer in bathroom did not work both nights although given Different room 2nd night. Brought it to the manager attention but same result nothing done! Breakfast not enough to eat and over heard the staff complaining to the manager we order more!! Very discouraged and feelings of disappointment with hotel and hotel.com a big let down to my wife's birthday celebration.

Very central and terrace was lovely. View great. Some great restaurants nearby.

No tea or coffee or shampoo/shower gel. Room was very hot. V close to church with bells chining every 15 mins between 7am and midnight. Spa is small - pool and steam room. Noisy on occasion.
