Hotel bem localizado, organizado, limpo, com café da manhã muito bom e chuveiro maravilhoso.

O colchão era de molas e pra quem tem algum tipo de problema na coluna talvez incomode um pouco *não foi meu caso.

Nada me agradou pelo preço pago esperava um padrão melhor.

Hotel está em reforma, mas o quarto que ficamos já parecia reformado e era bem ruim, cheirava esgoto, sem conforto nenhum, cama pequena e muito desconfortável, paredes no reboco pintado, sem armário, aspecto muito antigo, café da manha bastante simples.

The location

- when I arrived the front staff was alone angry on the phone with another staff trying to sort out issues for guests - there was a 30 min wait before I could be checked in - I was informed they didn’t have rooms but then after checking the system again they “found” a room - the room had mold in the bathroom - none of the photos online really matched how bad the entire place was - the key didn’t have a key ring, instead they put a wire and I cut my finger on it - the air cond was super old and noisy and I couldn’t get it to maintain a comfortable temperature - there was a lot of noise from drunk people arriving until 3am and I couldn’t sleep - overall it was terrible and I’m never going back there. I was shocked to know this hotel belongs to the Novotel network

it was okay for 1 night and 80 reais. but for a longer stay i would choose a different hotel.

the airconditioning in adjoining rooms were very very loud and there was a mouldy smell in the room.
